Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuota ir įvertinta ES struktūrinės paramos Lietuvos turizmui įsisavinimo efektyvumas, iškeltos pagrindinės ES struktūrinės paramos lėšas bei pateiki sprendimai joms spręsti. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje teoriniu aspektu analizuojama turizmo infrastruktūra, ES struktūrinės paramos politikos turinys bei ES struktūrinės paramos vaidmuo šalies ekonomikai. Antrojoje darbo dalyje analizuojamas ES struktūrinės paramos Lietuvos bei apskričių turizmo sektoriui įsisavinimo efektyvumas, analizuojami turizmo sektoriaus rodikliai ES struktūrinės paramos įsisavinimo laikotarpiu. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje analizuojama ekspertų nuomonė apie ES struktūrinės paramos turizmui įsisavinimo problemas bei perspektyvas. / In Master's Work was analyzed and evaluated the EU Structural Funds absorption efficiency of Lithuanian tourism, brought main problems of EU structural funds absorption and provide solutions. In the first part was analyzed the theoretical aspect of the tourism infrastructure of the EU structural policy content and the role of EU structural support of the country's economy. The second part analyzes the EU structural support for Lithuania tourism sector absorption efficiency, the analysis of the tourism sector indicators for the EU structural assistance period. The third part analyzes the expert opinion of the EU structural assistance for tourism absorption problems and prospects.

The master thesis is focused on analysis of the main requirements in order to acquire financial resources from the Operational program for business and innovation. It forms actions necessary for successful project control. The thesis aim is to provide complex overview of the facts considerable for successful resources delivery from the Operational program for business and innovation.

The aim of this master thesis is to make the EU structural funds functioning clear and to show the possibilities of the European social fund utilization in 2007 - 2013 period. The thesis tries to cover systematically the regional policy issues - from its principal to the specific use of its instruments in order to fulfil set objectives. The thesis should give practical information and advice for potential grant applicants and also show the main risks and traps arising in every part of project cycle.
