This Master thesis is focused on topic of distribution channels and theirs practical application in distribution of Philips Oral Healthcare products on Czech market. The theoretical part is devoted to the physical structure of distribution channels, the parameters that define them, and the factors influencing their choice. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the relationships that exist between channel members, a system for management and direction of the common value added. The thesis is further concerned about relationships developed in between two channel members and presents a system for management of such relationships in order to develop them and deliver additional value. Under this approach the thesis further deals with the process of key customers selection and their further integration. In the next section a more detailed presentation of Philips Company is given, followed by description of oral healthcare market competition and distribution of end customers by their habits. Furthermore the thesis describes a practical example of Philips dealing with key customer in oral healthcare category. In order to fulfill the set objectives of the this thesis deep analysis of Philips current distribution channels takes place, followed by described anticipated development and proposed important area to ensure such development.

This Diploma thesis focuses on the alignment of regulatory processes to support corporate performance management in the selected retail company. The main objective is the preparation of process maps that serve as a basis for the implementation of a global standard for automatic exchange of financial account information, developed by the OECD, also called as Common Reporting Standard. Additionally, the partial objectives include analysis of existing forms of content-related processes, creating a methodological support to the created processes and the theoretical concepts of regulatory requirements. The theoretical part focuses on the introduction of concepts related to the corporate management performance and also on theory about specific regulatory regulation used. In the practical part is an analysis of the company through the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), followed by the actual design and process description. The main contribution of the Diploma thesis was to perform process optimization, along with some improvements during the creation of these processes. The company will use the outcomes in practice.

This thesis is considered with impact of productivity on current account of Czech Republic. It is based on model presented by Glicka, R., and K. Rogoffa "Global versus Country-Specific Productivity Shocks and the Current Account". In this model productivity is distinguished on country specific and global productivity in countries of G-7. Other authors followed this model by extension or revision. In my thesis I was working with several series of productivity based on different data from some sectors of economy. To capture productivity is used Solow residuum of Cobb-Doublas production function. Country specific productivity shock worsen current account as initial model says. Analysis of time series revealed the most suitable series for description of current account behaviour as series of total industry with investment based on gross fixed capital formation.

The diploma thesis called Cluster Analysis Czech 100 Companies on the Basis of Financial Statements deals with the testing of two hypotheses using a multidimensional statistical method - cluster analysis. The input data for the application of statistical methods are financial statements of selected companies for the years 2014 and 2015 which are publicly available. These data are digitized and subjected to methods of financial analysis.

This master´s thesis is focused on the proposal of a financial plan for the company FLÍDR s.r.o. In order to compile the financial plan, this thesis consists of a strategic and financial analysis of years 2013–2017. Afterwards, a financial plan is proposed in an optimistic and pessimistic variation, including balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement for years 2018–2020.

This diploma thesis deals with the communication mix of the banking company. Its main task is to design a new communication mix based on the performed analyses. Theory is described in the first part and serves as basis for following parts. Second part reveals analyses of an external and internal environment of the company. The last part states exact proposals and their implementation for the communication mix of the banking company.

Evaluation will begin with Analysis of Business Environment, followed by Financial Analysis. These analyses will serve as foundation for development of set of measures intended to mitigate, decrease or resolve identified issues, and improve the overall Financial Health of the set company. The thesis will conclude with the summary focusing on practical aspect of this work: development and implementation of analysis and recommended measures.

The diploma thesis is focused on making a financial plan of a selected company for the next 4 periods. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge in the field of financial planning, which will be important for getting acquainted with the issue. In the next part, a strategic and financial analysis is made thanks to which it is then possible to compile a draft financial plan, including the implementation of intended investments. The conclusion of the thesis contains a summary evaluation of the developer financial plan.

The diploma thesis is focudes on the assessment of economic situation of the company ConTeyor Czech Republic s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three main parts, namely the theoretical basis of the work, analytical part and final proposals that could means improvement. Economic and statistical indicators are used for the overall assessment the situation. The financial statements of the analyzed company for the period 2010 – 2019 are the main basis.

This master‘s thesis is focused on the creation of a financial plan for the company Autoškola Kalvoda s. r. o. The first part of this thesis deals with theoretical knowledge about the financial plan, its structure, types and procedure of compilation. In order to compile a financial plan, it is necessary to compile a strategic and financial analysis. These analyzes are performed in the practical part of the work. In the third part of the thesis, the financial plan for the period 2020-2023 is compiled in the variant of optimistic, pessimistic and subsequently evaluated plan.
