The objective here was to make the performance evaluations less subjective and also create scientific arguments to compare the three commercially available products evaluated in this study. Some analytical methods, such as mechanic wear, infrared (ATR), thermal analysis like DSC and TGA, water vapor permeation and sortion in water, made it possible to understand better the behaviors like cure and physical-chemical resistance of these floor coatings, as well as it will be useful for future new product developments. / Neste trabalho, foram desenvolvidas análises comparativas para acabamentos acrílicos que são utilizados no revestimento de pisos resilientes, principalmente. O objetivo é tornar as avaliações de desempenho dos acabamentos acrílicos menos subjetivas e poder contar com sustentação científica para comparar os três produtos comerciais aqui estudados. Através de alguns métodos analíticos, como desgaste mecânico, tensão superficial, infravermelho (ATR), análises térmicas por DSC e TGA, permeação do vapor de água e sorção em água, foi possível entender melhor os comportamentos de cura e resistência físico-química destes acabamentos, bem como será útil para futuros desenvolvimentos de novos produtos.
