No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2006-12-28 / The objective of this work is to establish a parallel between adolescence and the modern citizen. This study was carried through from the psychoanalysis point of view in interlocution with anthropology. This link between psychoanalysis and anthropology, part of the principle that the subjectivity is eminently historical and it must be thought of as "acontescência", meaning one permanent link between citizen and culture. We adopt, more necessarily, the psychoanalysis in the eyes of Winnicott, that helped us to think about the subjective constitution, giving importance to the dynamics of the particular and the social environment. In the first stage of the study, we pointed out problems of adolescence and the place of the question and social function. Meaning, the question of the transition "between" the family and the social being, the tradition and the future, extracted from the categories of rupture, transition, risk, instability, and creativity. After that we examine in which measure the modern citizen can be seen under the light of these categories, considering the adolescent as a "mirror" and certification of this social condition that demands a continuous work of reorganization of the state of the world. Finally, we articulate the ways of subjectification of the contemporary subject, drawing on the insights of Winnicott on the transitional phenomena and the potential space. We conclude that adolescence is a cultural figure with an innovative potential that speaks of necessity of the process of subjectification in the present time. Therefore, we saw that the cultural environment of modernity made possible plural forms of existence, and that it can be seen in two sources: in an immature way of submission and dependence on its part, or to consist of creative form and opening to the new, in that it speaks respect to personal accomplishments in such a way, that it speaks highly to a coexistence in the collective. Key words: Adolescence, Modern Citizen, Psychoanalysis, Winnicott, D. W; Transitionally. / Objetivamos no presente trabalho estabelecer um paralelo entre adolescência e sujeito moderno. Trata-se de um estudo realizado a partir do referencial psicanalítico em interlocução com a antropologia. Esta articulação entre psicanálise e antropologia, parte do princípio de que a subjetividade é eminentemente histórica e que deve ser pensada como uma acontescência , ou seja, um interjogo permanente entre sujeito e cultura. Dessa forma adotamos, mais precisamente, a psicanálise na visão Winnicottiana, que nos ajudou a pensar na constituição subjetiva, dando a devida importância à dinâmica do ambiente particular e social. No primeiro momento do estudo situamos a problemática da adolescência em torno da questão de lugar e função social. Ou seja, a questão da transicionalidade entre a família e o social, a tradição e o futuro, a partir das categorias de ruptura, transição, risco, instabilidade e criatividade. Em seguida examinamos em que medida o sujeito moderno pode ser visto à luz destas categorias, considerando que o adolescente como um espelho e testemunho desta condição social que exige um trabalho contínuo de reorganização de seu estar no mundo. Por fim, articulamos os modos de subjetivação do sujeito contemporâneo, baseando-se nas formulações de Winnicott sobre o fenômeno transicional. Diante disso, concluímos que a adolescência é uma figura cultural com o potencial de inovação, que fala de forma precisa do processo de subjetivação na atualidade. Portanto, vimos que o ambiente cultural da Modernidade possibilitou plurais formas de existência e que pode ser vista em duas vertentes: num modo imaturo de submissão e dependência ao seu meio ou constituir-se de forma criativa e de abertura ao novo, que diz respeito tanto às realizações pessoais, quanto a uma coexistência na coletividade.

This thesis discusses, supported in psychoanalytic reference, the effect of amorality in adolescent¿s authors of offensive Act in fulfillment of socio-educational measure. My main goal was to perform an ' Act ' analysis "in adolescence to consider the possible presence of amorality as a malaise at present and thus characterize the current outlooks as the teenager validates according to the law, the interdict and permissiveness. It is believed that interventional strategies aimed at the adolescent offender today should not be limited to penalties or the idea of "victimization" of the teenager. Interventions should reflect on the subjective position of the adolescent, and the way he uses it to establish social bonds today. To substantiate this thesis were traversed the classical texts of Freud and Lacan and other authors. The survey was conducted with the adolescent Mario that, to 13 years, made a "serious act ¿ murder ¿ to get money and buy chocolates and, at the time of the study, socio-educational measure of deprivation of liberty. Esta tese discute, com suporte no referencial psicanalítico, o efeito da amoralidade em adolescentes autores de ato infracional em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa. Meu objetivo principal foi realizar uma `análise¿ do ato infracional na adolescência para considerar a possível presença de uma amoralidade como um mal-estar na atualidade e, assim, caracterizar as atuais perspectivas que o adolescente válida em função da lei, do interdito e da permissividade. Acredita-se que as estratégias interventivas voltadas para o adolescente infrator de hoje não devem se limitar às penalidades ou à ideia de ¿vitimização¿ do adolescente. As intervenções devem refletir sobre a posição subjetiva do adolescente, e à maneira que ele a utiliza para estabelecer os laços sociais hoje. Para fundamentar esta tese, foram percorridos os textos clássicos de Freud e Lacan e outros autores. A pesquisa foi realizada com o adolescente Mário que, aos 13 anos, cometeu um ato infracional grave ¿ homicídio ¿ para obter dinheiro e comprar bombons e, no momento do estudo, cumpria medida socioeducativa de privação de liberdade. Para tanto, nos baseamos nos seguintes argumentos: que o ato originou a culpa que parece manter Mário em um estádio de amoralidade para inseri-lo no campo da moralidade; que a culpa passou a ocupar um lugar de fundamental importância na relação de Mário com e lei e com a sociedade e, por fim, que em épocas em que se afirma o declínio da função paterna, deve-se levar em conta a multiplicidade dos Nomes-do-pai, importante na formação dos laços familiares, pois esta seria onde se produziria a responsabilização adolescente pelo ato infracional e não nas medidas que tomam a sanção penal pelo castigo, como a redução da maioridade penal. Como resultado, foi possível considerar que os fatores que mantêm uma conduta amoral nos adolescentes infratores e intervêm na instauração do sujeito moral estão relacionados ao uso dos prazeres e ao modo com a moral civilizada é imposta aos adolescentes.
