No. of bitstreams: 1 texto completo.pdf: 555326 bytes, checksum: 1f8a5c968095ea3108da7eee934fcced (MD5) Previous issue date: 2004-07-20 / Diante da necessidade de determinar a viabilidade econômica e o risco da implantação de uma agroindústria de polpa de fruta para a Associação de Produtores de Frutas de Paula Cândido (MG), este trabalho realizou uma pesquisa de mercado em Belo Horizonte (MG) determinando que o consumo de polpa de goiaba nesta localidade é de 620 toneladas por ano. Foi realizado um levantamento da produção de goiaba dos associados quantificando a produção em 1.260 toneladas por ano, com a produção ocorrendo durante seis meses por ano. Também se confeccionou o orçamento da agroindústria definindo o capital de implantação em R$ 250 mil, o custo anual de operação em R$ 560 mil e a receita anual em R$ 881 mil. Todos os indicadores calculados apontaram para a viabilidade do empreendimento: a relação benefício/custo ficou em 1,52, a margem bruta para o período de 12 anos considerado no projeto foi quase R$ 3,6 milhões , o tempo de retorno do capital foi de 10 meses, o valor presente líquido foi R$ 1,4 milhões, a taxa interna de retorno encontrada foi de 128% e o índice de valor presente calculado foi de 144%. A determinação do risco do empreendimento foi realizada com simulações, após as quais, concluiu-se que: o VPL médio foi de 2,1 milhões, a TIR média foi de 182% e o iVP médio foi de 171%. De posse destes resultados conclui-se que o empreendimento é viável, cabendo ao investidor determinar se o risco inerente à sua implantação é aceitável. / Forth to the necessity of estimation the economic viability and the risck of the pulp fruit industry implatation for the Association of Fruit Producers from Paula Cândido (MG), this paper realized a market exploration in Belo Horizonte (MG), that defined the consumption of pulp of guava in this locality about 620 ton annum. Was realized a exploration of the guava production to the menbers quantifying the production of guava in 1.260 ton annum, distributed along seven months annum. The budget of the industry defined that fund of implantation is R$ 250 thousand, the expense year-long of industry is R$ 560 thousand and the recipe year-long in R$ 881 thousand. All calculated indicators bound for the viability of darg: the relation behalf/expense was 1,52, the age of capital retum was 10 months, the actual worth was R$ 1,4 million, the retum tax rate finded was 128% and the index of actual worth was 144%. The ascertainment of risck of darg was realized along simulations, after that, the mean of actual worth was R$ 2,1 milion, the mean return tax rate was 182% and the index of actual worth was 182%.
