(Anatomy of Solanum paludosum Moric and Solanum stramonifolium Jacq. the aerial vegetative axis (Solanaceae) of Algodoal-PA sandbank). Someone questions, in the present study, if Solanum paludosum Moric and Solanum stramonifolium Jacq., from Solananceae family, show qualitative structure that allow to identify them. To carry out the study, we realize a comparative analysis of morfo-anatomical structures of the stem and of the leaf of from both tax, using the technics in vegetable anatomy. The leaf anatomical analysis made possible the identification of important differential characters in the separation of the species in study: Solanum paludosum has adaxial epidermis with smooth cuticle, the chamfers are limited to the stomata cells-polices and the abaxial is champfered, anticlines walls from adaxial surface are straight and from abaxial surface are sinuous, absence of tectors unifilamentous trichoms and an average og starry tectors stipitate trichoms amaller than Solanum stramonifolium. The last one shows the two epidermis faces lightly chamfered with sinuous anticlines walls and tectors unifilamentous trichoms. Both have an epicuticular unomamented wax, parallel to an uniserialed epidermis, covered with a thin cuticle, anphihipostomatal with anisocytic and anisocytic, the most common is anisocytic, stipitate starry tectors trichoms, porecto-starry tectors and glandular capitate, a dorsiventral mesophyll, a single vascular bundle in midrib and three in the petiole, of a bicollateral type. Through the anatomical stem study some differences were found among the type of collenchyma between the two species, it is angular in S. paludosum and ringed in S. stramonifolium. However, they showed common characters like a circular and closed vascular cylinder, bicollateral, idioblasts with crystals of calcium oxalate and sclereids. The tax investigated showed conservative and distinctive character, important to guide their diagnosis. / (Anatomia do eixo vegetativo aéreo de Solanum paludosum Moric e Solanum stramonifolium Jacq. (Solanaceae) da restinga de Algodoal - PA). Questiona-se, no presente estudo, se Solanum paludosum Moric e Solanum stramonifolium Jacq., pertencentes à família Solananceae, exibem estruturais qualitativas que permitam a identificação das mesmas. Para tanto, realizou-se uma análise comparativa das esturturas morfo-anatômicas do caule e da folha de ambos os taxas, empregando-se as técnicas usuais em anatomia vegetal. A análise anatômica da folha possibilitou a identificação de caracteres diferenciais importantes na separação das espécies em estudo: Solanum paludosum possui a epiderme adaxial com cutícula lisa com as estriações restritas às células-guardas dos estômatos e a abaxial estriada, paredes anticlinais retas na superfície adaxial e sinuosas na abaxial, ausência de tricomas tectores unifilamentosos e uma média de tricomas tectores estrelados estipitados menor que a de Solanum stramonifolium. Esta última espécie apresentou as duas faces epidérmicas ligeiramente estriadas com as paredes anticlinais sinuosas e tricomas tectores unifilamentosos. Ambas apresentaram uma cera epicuticular sem ornamentações, paralela a uma epiderme unisseriada, coberta com uma cutícula fina, anfihipoestomática com estômatos anisocíticos e paracíticos, sendo mais comuns os anisocíticos, tricomas tectores estrelados estipitados, tectores porecto-estrelados e glandulares capitado, um mesofilo dorsiventral, feixe vascular bicolateral, tendo um na nervura central e três no pecíolo. Por meio do estudo anatômico do caule constataram-se que o colênquima de S. paludosum é do tipo angular e o de A stramonifolium anelar. Demonstraram ainda caráteres comuns como um cilindro vascular circular e fechado, bicolateral, com alguns idioblastos com cristais de oxalato de cálcio e elementos esclerenquimáticos. Os taxa investigados apresentaram caráteres conservativos e distintivos, ambos universais à família e ao gênero.

Do ponto de vista epistemológico, adotou-se o paradigma do pensamento complexo, proposto por Edgar Morin, referência norteadora da abordagem desta pesquisa. Por se tratar de uma pesquisa prática, de caráter experimental, comprometida com a participação da comunidade de Algodoal, utilizou-se os pressupostos da pesquisa-ação, nos termos propostos pelo teórico René Barbier. A comunidade escolhida para essa experiência artística/estética situa-se na ilha de Maiandeua, nordeste do Estado do Pará. / When the art-thematize the community and discuss the artistic creation and social participation, this work has as its object of study shared artistic production. The visual language of photography is the main tool in the construction of devices artistic / aesthetic. From the epistemological point of view, we adopted the paradigm of complex thought, proposed by Edgar Morin, of reference guiding this research approach. Because it is a practical research on an experimental basis, committed to community participation Algodoal, we used the assumptions of action research, in theoretical terms proposed by Rene Barbier. The community chosen for this experiment artistic / aesthetic is located on the island of Maiandeua, northeastern Pará State.
