Fundamentamo-nos no materialismo histórico-dialético de Marx e Engels e na psicanálise de Freud e Lacan. Entendemos que os seres humanos se constituem em um processo histórico e social, no qual o trabalho é elemento central, e que atua sobre a formação do inconsciente. É nesse sentido que falamos em inconsciente capitalista. A relação entre gêneros não é ditada por princípios biológicos, mas é antes social e histórica e reflete a estrutura social na qual está inserida, o que envolve as relações de produção e reprodução no sistema capitalista. A mulher é marcada por uma dupla opressão: a opressão do sistema em si e a da divisão sexual do trabalho. A educação profissional assumiu várias formas ao longo da história do Brasil, mas a divisão de classes sociais e de gênero lhe é uma constante. Recentemente, foram feitas reformulações para fomentar uma educação técnica crítica e emancipadora, que ainda precisam ser estudadas. Nosso objetivo nesta pesquisa é compreender como mulheres mães, trabalhadoras e estudantes da educação profissional formam e vivenciam sua identidade de gênero, tendo em vista que essa é influenciada pela divisão sexual do trabalho constituinte de um inconsciente capitalista. Nossa tese é a de que o inconsciente dos sujeitos imersos nesse sistema, assim constituído, fornece conteúdos simbólico-afetivos para a constituição de sua identidade de gênero, formada de maneira binária e rígida com relação ao desempenho do trabalho dito produtivo e reprodutivo, bem como a características de personalidade associadas. Assim, ficam os sujeitos cerceados em seu potencial criativo na constituição de sua identidade de gênero, fenômeno que chamamos de alienação de gênero. Esta pesquisa foi realizada com sete alunas do curso técnico em secretariado do Campus São Sebastião do Instituto Federal de Brasília, também mães e trabalhadoras, com exceção de duas. No início da pesquisa, as alunas tinham entre 26 e 65 anos e tinham um ou dois filhos. Utilizamos dois dispositivos para a nossa pesquisa. O primeiro deles foi o método formulado por Michael Balint para a análise das práticas profissionais, que consiste em grupos em que o pesquisador permite a circulação da fala. Realizamos quatro encontros quando as alunas cursavam o primeiro semestre do curso. Após as alunas concluírem o curso, conversamos individualmente com cinco das sete participantes. Realizamos uma análise interpretativa das histórias a partir de uma leitura psicanalítica dos processos de elaboração psíquica, considerando a presença do inconsciente e as cadeias significantes produzidas. Na fala dessas mulheres, fica claro como estão submetidas, desde crianças, à rígida divisão sexual do trabalho constituinte do sistema capitalista. Essa condição aliena-as de um potencial criativo de constituição da própria identidade de gênero. As participantes relataram incertezas e desamparo ao se tornarem mães. Seus sentimentos contraditórios com relação aos filhos atestam o caráter não natural da maternidade. Com relação à formação técnica, observou-se que as motivações para fazer e permanecer no curso foram diversas e complexas. Uma formação que ignore isso é uma formação que se baseia em uma compreensão superficial e dicotômica de ser humano que não se sustenta. / In this thesis, we focus on the formation of gender identity and how this relates to a sexual division of labor, giving rise to what we call the alienation of gender; our focus is on women working mothers who do technical training. We are grounded in the historical-dialectical materialism of Marx and Engels and in the psychoanalysis of Freud and Lacan. We understand that human beings constitute themselves in a historical and social process, in which work is a central elemento, and which acts on the formation of the unconscious. It is in this sense that we speak of a capitalist unconscious. The relationship between genders is not dictated by biological principles, but is rather social and historical and reflects the social structure in which it is inserted, which involves the relations of production and reproduction in the capitalist system. Women are marked by a double oppression: the oppression of the system itself and that of the sexual division of labor. Professional education has taken many forms throughout the history of Brazil, but the division of social classes and gender is a constant. Recently, reformulations have been made to foster a critical and emancipatory technical education. Our objective in this research is to understand how women mothers, workers and students of professional education form and experience their gender identity, considering that this is influenced by the sexual division of labor constituent of a capitalist unconscious. Our thesis is that the unconscious of the subjects immersed in this system, thus constituted, provides symbolic-affective contents for the constitution of its gender identity, formed in a binary and rigid way with respect to the performance of the so-called productive and reproductive work, as well as associated personality traits. Thus, the subjects are restricted in their creative potential in the constitution of their gender identity, a phenomenon we call gender alienation. This research was carried out with seven students of the technical course in secretariat of the São Sebastião Campus of the Federal Institute of Brasilia. At the beginning of the survey, the students were between 26 and 65 years old. We used two devices for our research. The first one was the method formulated by Michael Balint for the analysis of the professional practices, that consists in groups in which the researcher allows the circulation of the speech. We held four meetings when the students attended the first semester of the course. After the students complete the course, we talked to five of the seven participants individually. An interpretative analysis of the stories was made from a psychoanalytic reading of the processes of psychic elaboration, considering the presence of the unconscious and the significant chains produced. In the speech of these women, it is clear how they are subjected to the rigid sexual division of the labor constituent of the capitalist system. This condition alienates them from a creative potential for the constitution of gender identity itself. Participants reported uncertainty and helplessness as they became mothers. Her conflicting feelings about her children attest to the unnatural character of motherhood. Regarding the technical training, it was observed that the motivations to do and to stay in the course were diverse and complex. A formation that ignores this is a formation that is based on a superficial and dichotomous understanding of a human being that does not hold.
