Moterų alkoholizmas: specifiniai bruožai ir sveikimo galimybės Santrauka Pastaruoju metu pastebėtas moterų, priklausomų nuo alkoholio, skaičiaus didėjimas. Moterų alkoholizmas - tai socialinis reiškinys, kuris jį sukėlusiomis priežastimis, vystymosi dėsningumais ir sveikimo galimybėmis iš dalies skiriasi nuo vyrų alkoholizmo. Atlikto tyrimo tikslas - ištirti moterų alkoholizmo specifinius bruožus ir sveikimo galimybes. Tikslui pasiekti buvo suformuoti uždaviniai: nustatyti moterų alkoholizmo priežastis, išsiaiškinti vystymosi dėsningumus ir įvertinti moterų sveikimo galimybes. Be to, buvo norima išsiaiškinti moterų, priklausomų nuo alkoholio, požiūrį į savo ligą. Atliktas kokybinis tyrimas, naudoti pusiau struktūruoto interviu metodas bei moterų grupės narių pasisakymų turinio fenomenologinė analizė. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad moterų priklausomybę dažnai lemia su moters organizmu susijusios priežastys: abortai, persileidimai, nevaisingumas ir t.t. Be to, moterys alkoholiui yra jautresnės nei vyrai dėl savo organizmo ypatumų, jos ilgiau slepia ligą ir ją neigia. Moterims fizinė ir psichologinė priklausomybė vystosi greičiau nei vyrams ir jų sveikimas nuo alkoholizmo sudėtingesnis nei vyrų. Socialiniame darbe svarbu suvokti ir tinkamai įvertinti šiuos skirtumus tam, kad moterims galima būtų pasiūlyti efektyvius ir savalaikius pagalbos būdus. / Alcohol dependence in women: specific features and recovery possibilities Summary Alcohol dependence in women is a social phenomenon which differs from alcohol dependence in men from the point af view its causes and development regularities as well as recovery possibilities. In social work it is of key importance to realize and adequately evaluate these regularities to offer women effective and timely assistance. The research aim was to analyze specific features of alkohol dependence in women and recovery possibilities. To achieve the aim, the following tasks have been developed: to define causes of alkohol dependency in women, find out development regularities and evaluate recovery possibilities for women. Besides, there was a desire to find out attitude of alkohol-dependent women towards their position. A qualitative research was carried out by the following methods: semi-structural interviewing and phenomenological analysis of responses of female target group. The research results proved that alkohol dependency in women is usually determined by female organism related causes i.e. abortions, baby miscarriage, infertility etc. Besides, women proved to be more prone to alkohol if compared with male respondents because of the features of female body. Analizuojama viena aktualiausių šių dienų problemų Lietuvoje – narkomanija, kuri sąlygoja nusikalstamumą, pavojingų ligų plitimą. Remiantis moksline literatūra ir Bažnyčios dokumentais apie narkomanijos plitimą, aiškinami veiksniai, formuojantys polinkį į narkomaniją, apžvelgiamas statistinis Lietuvos narkomanijos vaizdas, aiškinamos prevencinės galimybės, Bažnyčios įtaka. Atliktas kokybinis tyrimas. / In this work is analysed one of topical issues in Lithuania – the drug habit, what determine the delinquency, dangerous illness and the like. On the ground of research literature and writing of Church about the spread of drug are explained the factors, what formed it. It is under review the statistical view of drug in Lithuania, are analysed the preventive chances, the influence of Church.

A number of families suffering from alcoholic consequences constantly increase. More and more children suffer from the lack of their parents’ care, emotional repulse, compulsion and poverty. Though the childhood is so short the experience gained at that period of time, joy survived and bitterness suffered leaves the foremost marks and most frequently decide the future ways. The aim of the specialists of the social spheres is to help these children to prevail the basic difficulties, which menace their social course. The goal of this final post – graduate work is to disclose the features of social with the children dependent on their alcoholic parents.
