The purpose of this work is to study the productivity in the cover with nitrogen and potassium and their reflexions in the chemical parameters on the ground and the exportation of nutrients by grains, and the ground classified as Red Argissolo (red clayey soil), Calcium and Magnesium poor. This work has been done in the city of Umuarama (S 23°50', W 53°18 and Altitude 467,0 m). The experimental delineation was done in blocks at random, with four repetitions, and four treatments (1 With no application of fertilizers in the cover; 2 100 kg ha-1 of K2O and 20 kg ha-1 of Nitrogen. 3 100 kg ha-1 of K2O. 4 20 kg ha-1 of Nitrogen). It was concluded that there was no meaningful answer in productivity, in fertilization, in cover with nitrogen and potassium and in the soybean culture. There was no meaningful difference on the ground parameters, except to the calcium drift and the exportation of nutrients by grains, except for potassium and sulfur / A região noroeste do Estado do Paraná vem se tornando uma importante fronteira agrícola. Com o objetivo de estudar o incremento da produtividade na cultura da soja, devido à adubação em cobertura com nitrogênio e potássio, e seus reflexos nos parâmetros químicos do solo e na exportação de nutrientes pelos grãos, num solo classificado como Argissolo Vermelho, derivado do Arenito Caiuá, deficiente em cálcio e magnésio, foi realizado o trabalho no município de Umuarama (23˚50 S, 53˚18 W e altitude 467,0 m) tendo em vista a grande área de cultivo nestas condições e o baixo número de experimentos nestes locais. O delineamento experimental foi em blocos ao acaso, com quatro repetições e quatro tratamentos (1 sem aplicação de adubos em cobertura; 2 100 kg ha-1 de K2O e 20 kg ha-1 de Nitrogênio. 3 100 kg ha-1 de K2O. 4 20 kg ha-1 de Nitrogênio).
