To write a project is to organize, within the text, the pedagogical sequence of events in order to outline the development, measure the results and record what is planned for possible and necessary adaptions thus teachers and students can construct and produce knowledge in a cooperative way. Theoretically based on Text Linguistic by Beaugrand & Dressler (1981) and Van Dijk (1972, 1998), this dissertation analyses texts from pedagogic projects produced by Portuguese teachers in the capacitation program "Teia do Saber - 2004" taught at FAAC-Faculdades Associadas de Cotia. This analysis examines some of the difficulties of first language teachers on the compositon of the pedagogic projects and demonstrates that constitutive principles of textuality points to the lack of knowledge of logic-textual relations for the constitution of the superstructure and the philosophy of the work with projects impedes the virtual cohesion among production, theory and educational actions / O texto de um Projeto Pedagógico revela no mundo textual características pertinentes ao mundo real. Escrever um projeto significa organizar no texto as ações pedagógicas para delinear os percursos básicos de desenvolvimento, mensurar os resultados e registrar o que foi idealizado para possíveis e necessárias adaptações, a fim de que professores e alunos construam conhecimentos de forma cooperativa. Esta dissertação circunscrita na Lingüística Textual de Beaugrande e Dressler (1981) e Van Dijk (1972,1998), faz uma análise lingüística do texto de projetos pedagógicos produzidos por professores de Língua Portuguesa no curso de capacitação Teia do Saber 2004, ministrado na FAAC - Faculdades Associadas de Cotia. A análise perscruta algumas das dificuldades dos professores de língua materna na elaboração do texto do Projeto Pedagógico e demonstra que os princípios constitutivos de textualidade denotam que o desconhecimento das relações lógico-textuais para a constituição da superestrutura, bem como o não conhecimento da filosofia de trabalho por projetos impede que haja uma coesão virtual entre produção, teoria e ações educativas
