O presente trabalho tem como objetivo complementar estudos a cerca da obra do arquiteto João Batista Vilanova Artigas. Busca preencher lacunas identificadas quanto ao estudo da trajetória do arquiteto no Paraná, e dos aspectos técnico-construtivos presentes em seus projetos. Inicia pelo estudo de pesquisas antecedentes sobre a obra de Artigas, a arquitetura no Paraná, em especial em Curitiba, e a arquitetura residencial, como apoio aos estudos de casos analisados na sequência. Foram selecionados como objetos de estudo seis projetos residenciais do arquiteto em Curitiba, elaborados entre os anos de 1945 e 1978. As análises dos casos seguem metodologias descritas no trabalho, baseadas em pesquisas anteriores consultadas. Foram utilizados processos híbridos de conhecimento, incluindo redesenho a partir dos desenhos originais; com produção de modelos tridimensionais digitais, além de desenhos bidimensionais, diagramas; simulações seriais de percursos virtuais e modelos físicos elaborados com. o auxílio de cortadora a laser. Os estudos visam à análise pormenorizada dos projetos, a fim de compreender aspectos formais, funcionais, espaciais e construtivos presentes nas propostas. Por fim, os projetos analisados foram comparados entre si, na busca de estabelecer relações entre os casos estudados. Com o objetivo de inserir as residências no restante da trajetória de Artigas, são estabelecidas ainda comparações dos casos com outros projetos do arquiteto. A pesquisa desenvolvida permitiu identificar diversas estratégias ao longo da trajetória de Artígas, com semelhanças eml projetos para programas e locais distintos. Ainda, o trabalho evidencia a relevância dos aspectos técnico-construtivos, e sua importância para o conhecimento da arquitetura proposta por Artigas. This diploma thesis provides an analysis of individual projects proposed within the scope of the Joint Regional Operational Program (JROP) in the Central Bohemia region. After an introduction to the topic comes the first part of the analysis of the individual projects. The aim is to assess success of the claimers and to point out reasons of their failure. The goal is also to identify basic patterns in the claimers' behavior and find possible reasons for these trends. The second part of the analysis assesses whether the realization of individual projects within JROP program had contributed to fulfilling measures specified in the Central Bohemia Development Program. Based on the facts from the analyses, the diploma thesis contains recommendations not only for claimers, but also to the Central Bohemia region in the new program horizon.

This master‘s thesis is a journey of generating a prototype evaluation tool for Sparbanken Rekarne, the aim was to contribute to the emerging field as an innovation and design and specifically pre-project management. The major stakeholder was Sparbanken Rekarne AB, they needed an innovation model and the research question formulated was: What are the perspectives and the process of an early stage tool for evaluating innovation project ideas? ‘The approach was gathering theoretical knowledge in the development of the evaluation tool using a systematic literature review. The theoretical knowledge building was done by carrying out a systematic literature review to inspect different credible evaluation tool to use. Focusing specifically on pre-project evaluation tools, a knowledge gap (Gap spotting) was soon discovered after reviewing some pre-project evaluation tools. Firstly needed to see what pre-project evaluation tools are available. One stood out with stages and that ended being the main inspiration for the early-stage evaluation tool. Still basing the tool on theoretical knowledge, the solution was to hybridizing existing pre-project evaluation tools and tools already developed. Merging interactive research with Agile principals was how the information was gathered and how the project was planned. The data gathered was dissected and used in developing the evaluation tool. Purpose of the pre-project evaluation tool is to bring clarity for Sparbanken Rekarne in making decisions about choosing pre-projects to invest in. This master‘s thesis gives a detailed description of how to implement the Early-stage evaluation tool (Chapter 4) from a Sparbanken Rekarne developer‘s perspective. Results, a contribution to innovation and design, specifically pre-project management. The early-stage evaluation tool can maturate idea‘s into concept pre-project that are measured. Involvement with all stakeholder makes sure the pre-projects entering the project planning phase has a market.
