The subject diploma thesis “Proposal for a bussines strategy” is the formulation of a bussines plan for a concrete small-sized company. Finally this plan will be used as model for a realization of private kindergarten. This work includes a theoretical part, problems analysis with summary of issues relating to legal, constructive conditions for building and functioning, fiscal and economical aspects. Final part of this work is dedicated to overall assessment and expansions possibilities.

This thesis aims to develop the basis of market analysis and marketing strategy recommendations for the company MK.LD which provides services to clients in the area of Supply chain management. This strategy should also help to get more clients and retain existing ones and increase the company's competitive advantage in the market.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a corporate strategy of a company, which will lead to a new definition of SBUs and provide us with main direction for business strategy of each SBU. The thesis consists of theoretical knowledge of the subject related to strategy and strategy analysis of current position of the company.
