Master's Thesis: The risk management proposal of a chosen business entity is focused on managing risks in a company Adient Czech Republic k.s. which is mainly a producer of car seats. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analysis of a current state and personal suggestion for solution. Theoretical knowledge of risk management is described in the theoretical part of the thesis. It is followed by a performed analysis of the company, suggestion of suitable solutions, actions for risk reduction and also economical evaluations of these proposals.

The Master´s thesis, which i worked on the topic "Risk management in a selected business entity" analyzes situation of the company in the internal and external surroundings and evaluates the identified risks, proposes measures and recommendations for the selected business entity. The theoretical part describes basic concepts and methods of risk management, strategic analyzes identifying the company on the market as well as information system and business processes. The practical part follows the theoretical knowledge and identifies the weakest part of the business where risk management is needed which are subsequently applied. The output of the thesis is the draft of measures and recommendations for the selected business entity.

This thesis is focused on analysis of business entity with selected strategic and economic methods. The current status of the business entity is evaluated based on analysing external and internal environment. Concepts to improve the current state of the business entity are based on identified risks and opportunities.

This thesis focuses on the analysis of the information system of the selected company and the proposed changes. Based on the analysis of the current situation, changes have been proposed that should significantly benefit the evaluation of marketing campaigns and automation of business activities.

This diploma thesis deals with the risks of order management in the company. It is the company DIPO, which manufactures custom work clothes. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the theoretical part, the basic terms are described on the basis of literature and are related to the selected topic. Another part of the thesis is the analysis of the current state. This part of the thesis is focused on the characteristics of the selected company, description of the course of the order and on all possible risks that may occur during the execution of the order. The design part is made to suggest measures that would minimize or eliminate the most risky factors of the order, thereby improve the entire order management.

This diploma thesis deals with the risk management of the order by iMi partner a.s., which deals with production and printing of promotional items. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical part, where the basic concepts that are related to the given topic are explained. The second part is an analysis of the current state of the company. This section describes in detail the business and processes that take place during the engagement. Risks are identified in each course and risk-weighted by the FMEA method. The last part concerns proposals for measures to reduce or eliminate the most serious risks.

The diploma thesis titled Risk Management of the course of the contract in the company deals with the risk analysis of outsourcing accounting and tax company Accace Outsourcing s.r.o.. The work is divided into three parts. Part theoretical describes theoretical base based on specialized literature. The analytical part analyses the current state of the company and describes the contract’s progress. The design part draws conclusions from analyses, proposes and seeks measures to reduce or eliminate identified risks.

The thesis deals with strategic and financial analysis in the company Účetnictví a daně OSNOVA, s.r.o. It is divided into four parts. In the first part, the thesis deals with the theoretical basis according to the literature. The analytical part introduces the company. In the practical part, strategic and financial analyzes are performed. In the last part, conclusion and suggestions, concrete measures to reduce the value of risks resulting from the performed analyzes are then discussed.

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a project proposal in a selected engineering company, including risk analysis and design of a risk monitoring process. To achieve the main goal, an analysis of the current state of the company was prepared, analyzes in terms of internal and external influences acting on the company were applied, and a final SWOT analysis was prepared from them. In the design part, special methods of project management and risk analysis using the RIPRAN method were applied. Based on the applied methods, measures leading to the reduction of risk value were proposed and a risk monitoring process was designed.

This thesis is devoted to the issue of risk management in the banking sector. It deals with methods application and analysis of risk assessment. Out of the evaluated analyses, there are proposed measures designed to reduce the identified risks at Sberbank CZ, a.s. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, there is an insight into the issue, history and current trends. Subsequently, there are selected methods via which the next part is elaborated and in the last part there are suggested measures which lead to the reduction of identified risks in the bank.
