Voyer, Marie-Hélène 16 April 2018 (has links)

Terras públicas e usos privados, áreas reservadas no parcelamento do solo: Estudo de caso para o município de Santo André / Public territory and private uses: areas reserved in ground division. Case study for Santo André city.

Pegurer, Cristina 08 May 2012 (has links)
The present work deals with the areas reserved for common use, in the projects of urban lands division in the city of Santo Andre, aiming to analyze the current uses public or private of these areas, originally designed as \"goods of common use\". The approach to the theme sought to establish connections with granting instruments of public land, during colonial period and from the 20th century on, with the various laws that have regulated the subdivision of urban land. Using this historical picture, it can be showed that the legal instruments often prioritized private interests to the detriment of public use. In order to make the proposed analysis, the areas reserved for common use in the land division of Santo André were first identified, verifying, subsequently, the uses registered for these areas in the database of the municipality. On the other hand, special attention was dispended to investigate among city\'s areas that were declared, by municipal law, as Special Areas of Social Interest (ZEIS) those who had been designated for common use in the process of ground division. The results of the analysis indicated that many areas reserved for common use today are designed to forms of use other than the originally planned.

Flores Galindo Rivera, Carlos Raúl 06 February 2017 (has links)
The objective of this research is to describe the theoretical constructs of Jacques Lacan and André Green on transfer in psychoanalytic cure. Both authors find a common origin in both their theoretical constructs are based on the work of S. Freud. On this point I find two very different uses of the transfer in the search for a cure that maintains common characteristics. The main difference is that A. Green uses to transfer as part of his performance in transfer. While Lacan, in the direction indicated by Freud, discarded the use of transfer against attributing the analyst himself. In these two uses of the transfer contract I find that for Green analyst recognizes the tremendous influence it has on the analyzed and La transferencia en la cura de Lacan y Green used to find a cure. While Lacan proposes a psychoanalysis that is based on not use this power and orients its end, its cure, an analizante released from the influence of the analyst / Tesis
