El acceso al sistema de salud es un derecho innato de todos los seres humanos, en la actualidad, en el Perú, las barreras de atención que aún existen en cuanto a la atención especializada repercuten en el desarrollo integral de las personas. Por ello, para mejorar el sistema de salud es necesario continuar con la descentralización de los servicios de salud especializados y por lo mismo contar con la infraestructura adecuada para mejorar no solo la accesibilidad, sino también, la calidad de atención que requieren los pacientes oncológicos teniendo en cuenta no solo la funcionalidad del establecimiento sino también la calidad espacial para este tipo de usuario con características particulares. / Acces to the health system is an innate right of all human beings. El presente proyecto arquitectónico del Centro de Rehabilitación para Niños con Discapacidades Físicas y Mentales en Huánuco estará ubicado en el límite de los distritos de Huánuco y Amarilis. Pertenecerá a la tipología de salud, categoría I-3 sin emergencia ni hospitalización con atención ambulatoria. Tomando en cuenta las características principales de las tipologías de salud el proyecto contará con una función bien definida y las circulaciones diferenciadas, la circulación pública y la circulación de servicio o técnica. La función principal del proyecto será brindar una atención especializada y de primera categoría a fin de poder brindar soporte al niño y por ende una mejor calidad de vida. Muchas de las discapacidades son congénitas (desde el embarazo) y se clasifican en distintos niveles, como el leve, moderado y avanzado. De acuerdo con estas clasificaciones y grado de lesión se tratarían las discapacidades. El diseño de los espacios interiores públicos del proyecto, como las salas de esperas, tendrá una vista hacia los jardines terapéuticos exteriores, de esta manera podrá ser más agradable para un niño. Entre lo más destacado del proyecto se encontrarán los jardines terapéuticos situados en el exterior, estos servirán como complemento para la rehabilitación del niño discapacitado ya que tendrá distintos tipos de plantas medicinales, árboles frutales y algunos espejos de agua, esto en conjunto hace que el proyecto sea divertido y adecuado para un niño discapacitado y los ayudará a llevar su tratamiento de una forma más relajada y entretenida. / The present architectonic project is a Rehab Centre for Children with Physical and Mental Disabilities in Huánuco will be located on the border of Huánuco district and Amarilis district. It will belong to the health typology, category I-3 without emergency or hospitalization with outpatient care. Considering the principal characteristics of the typology of health the project will have a defined function and differentiated circulations, the public circulation and the service or technical circulation. The purpose of the project will be to provide specialized and first-class healthcare assistance in order to support the child and therefore a better quality of life. Many of the disabilities are congenital (from pregnancy) and are classified at different levels, such as mild, moderate and advanced. The disabilities will be treated according to these classifications and degree of injury. The design of the public interior spaces, for example the waiting rooms, will have a view of the exterior therapeutic gardens, this way it will be more pleasant for a child. One of the highlights of the project will be the therapeutic gardens located outside, which will help to complement the rehabilitation of the disabled child as it will have different types of medicinal plants, fruit trees and some water mirrors. All this together makes the project fun and suitable for a disabled child and will help them to carry out their treatment in a more relaxed and entertaining way. / Tesis

El proyecto de tesis planteado es un Hospital Especializado en Tratamiento de VIH e ITS, ubicado en el distrito de Comas, en la zona norte de la ciudad de Lima, dicha propuesta nace debido a la falta de centros de salud enfocados al diagnóstico, tratamiento y seguimiento de los pacientes VIH+. Se propone un proyecto que responda a la necesidad creciente de los pacientes de poder asistir a un centro hospitalario enfocado específicamente en esta enfermedad, ya que al existir una discriminación y rechazo social hacia aquellos que son portadores de esta, muchas veces no son atendidos de la manera correcta en un hospital de atención general, por esta razón no reciben un seguimiento correcto ni los cuidados que necesitan para sobrellevar la enfermedad y evitar que se desarrolle. El proyecto plantea una arquitectura funcional, sin dejar de lado la experiencia espacial y sensorial del usuario, de esta manera, se propone una volumetría compuesta por pabellones paralelos unidos por volúmenes intersectados que generen una circulaciones diferenciadas para pacientes y personal del centro. Además, se utilizará la Biofilia como eje de diseño para el desarrollo del proyecto, conectando el edificio con el parque colindante ubicado en la parte posterior, ya que se ha demostrado que una correcta conexión con un ambiente natural disminuye los niveles de estrés y ayuda en la recuperación de los pacientes que asisten al hospital, punto fundamental, ya que se busca brindar a los usuarios un ambiente de paz y tranquilidad al interior del proyecto. / The proposed thesis project is a Hospital Specialized in Treatment of HIV and STD, located in the district of Comas, in the north of the city of Lima, this proposal was born due to the lack of health centers focused on diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of HIV patients. The proposed project responds to the growing need of patients to be able to attend a center, which is specifically focused on this disease, since there is discrimination and social rejection to HIV patients, many times they are not cared in the correct way in a general care hospital, for this reason they do not receive correct follow-up or the care they need to cope with this disease and prevent its development The project proposes a functional architecture, without leaving aside the spatial and sensory experience of the user, in this way, the project proposes a volumetry composed of parallel pavilions joined by intersecting volumes that generate a differentiated circulation for patients and center staff. In addition, Biophilia will be used as the design axis for the development of the project, connecting the building with the adjoining park located in the back of it, since it has been shown that a correct connection with a natural environment reduces stress levels and helps in the recovery of patients who attend the hospital, this is a fundamental point, since it seeks to provide users with an environment of peace and tranquility within the project. / Tesis

Las enfermedades respiratorias en el Perú son una de las principales causas de muerte en niños y adultos mayores. En Lima, las cifras suelen ser igualmente de importantes; sin embargo, en Lima no existe un centro de salud que pueda cubrir las necesidades surgidas de la zona sur de Lima. El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar cómo se podría responder ante una necesidad arquitectónica. Con este propósito la pregunta de la investigación es: “¿Cómo las atmósferas arquitectónicas pueden lograr, en un Centro de Salud Especializado en Neumología en Pachacamac, cambiar los estados de ánimos de las personas y acelerar la recuperación del paciente?” La pregunta de investigación se responde a través del análisis minucioso de referentes de salud, normas del mismo tema, datos cuantitativos y análisis cuantitativos del problema, del usuario y generando conclusiones para el desarrollo de estas. La respuesta a la pregunta se resuelve en un proyecto arquitectónico que busca resolver todos los problemas identificados a raíz de la pregunta. / Respiratory diseases in Peru are one of the main causes of death in children and the elderly. La atención sanitaria en Arequipa se encuentra en crisis desde hace ya varios años, uno de los motivos es la falta de infraestructura sanitaria en la ciudad. Ante ello, se plantea un establecimiento de salud que recopila específicamente las necesidades de la zona, las cuales son la falta de capacidad resolutiva de la ciudad respecto a emergencias y la necesidad de tener una atención de primer nivel de calidad. Ante ello, se establecieron lineamientos recopilados de fuentes bibliográficas, proyectos referenciales las cuales dieron pie en primer lugar, al tipo de establecimiento que se realizaría, es decir un hospital II-E enfocado en emergencias. En segundo lugar, se estableció el regionalismo critico como carácter arquitectónico a emplear puesto que, en Arequipa el legado arquitectónico que define su ciudad es parte de la identidad colectiva de las personas. En tercer lugar, se escogió el distrito de Jacobo Hunter como la ubicación del proyecto, debido a su ubicación estratégica respecto a siniestros además de su creciente demanda. Cabe resaltar que se hizo un análisis minucioso para definir claramente el programa arquitectónico, ya que, anteriormente simplemente se desarrollaba la cantidad de unidades presentes en la normativa anterior, teniendo como resultado hospitales gigantescos, con unidades vacías, y sin personal y equipamiento necesario. Finalmente, se establecieron criterios de diseño que se implementaron en el proyecto arquitectónico, tomando como principal recurso, la sostenibilidad, la eficiencia y la biofilia. / Health care in Arequipa has been in crisis for several years, one of the reasons is the lack of health infrastructure in the city. Given this, a health facility is proposed that specifically collects the needs of the area, which are the lack of resolution capacity of the city regarding emergencies and the need to have first-rate quality care. Given this, guidelines compiled from bibliographic sources were established, referential projects which gave rise in the first place, to the type of establishment that would be carried out, that is, an II-E hospital focused on emergencies. Second, critical regionalism was established as an architectural character to be used since, in Arequipa, the architectural legacy that defines its city is part of the collective identity of the people. Third, the Jacobi Hunter district was chosen as the project location, due to its strategic location with respect to claims as well as its growing demand. It should be noted that a meticulous analysis was carried out to clearly define the architectural program, since previously the number of units present in the previous regulations was simply developed, resulting in gigantic hospitals, with empty units, and without the necessary personnel and equipment. Finally, design criteria were established and implemented in the architectural project, taking sustainability, efficiency and biophilia as the main resource. / Tesis

El tema de tesis desarrollado en la investigación corresponde a la propuesta arquitectónica de un “ Centro de Medicina Alternativa ”, el cual surge por la deficiencia infraestructural de los centros de salud convencionales y se enfoca en personas que padecen de cáncer ya que según el Minsa es la primera enfermedad que causa mayores muertes. Con respecto al usuario no existe una preocupación de la percepción emocional de sus pacientes en los espacios que se realizan. De esta forma, se propone una propuesta arquitectónica mediante el estudio del enfoque de la percepción. De esa manera, se logra un centro idóneo para el paciente teniendo en cuenta que son usuarios susceptibles emocionalmente. Con respecto a lo social, se propone una forma menos invasiva para poder tratar esta enfermedad crónica con tratamientos alternativos que conformara el centro ya que la única opción para poder tratar esta enfermedad crónica es mediante la medicina convencional que es tratada por cirugía, quimioterapia y radiación. La idea es poder otorgarle a la población otra alternativa para poder tratar esta enfermedad crónica. Como conclusión, para todo lo mencionado, fue necesario el análisis de proyectos referenciales, antecedentes históricos, la utilización de normas referentes al tema, el estudio del usuario , las características más relevantes del lugar , el cual se encuentra en Huachipa y la revisión de teorías del estudio de la percepción . / The thesis theme developed in the research corresponds to the architectural proposal of a ‘’ Center for Alternative Medicine’’ Which arises from the infrastructural deficiency of conventional health.
