Refazemos, para tanto, algumas polêmicas responsáveis por desenvolver os parâmetros dos diversos marxismos filosóficos do século XX. Contrastivamente, György Lukács e o Jean-Paul Sartre materialista de Questões de método têm suas obras analisadas segundo o desiderato comum de escapar ao mecanicismo na investigação de problemáticas superestruturais. Nosso caminho, heterodoxo, amplia, não obstante, essa leitura em direção à contribuição sociológica conexa. A teoria das classes sociais desenvolvida por Pierre Bourdieu é incorporada como modelo importante para o desvendamento temático e formal de nosso corpus. Assim, apresentamos panorama qualitativo da literatura atual, segundo pugnas internas ao subcampo de produção literária restrita. Mas, tão relevante quanto os motivos mais ou menos autônomos que balizam os posicionamentos e as disputas dessa área especializada da cultura nacional, a estrutura socioeconômica do país, compreendida em sua evolução histórica, também é detidamente abordada, a partir, sobretudo, das interpretações de Florestan Fernandes. Um defeito de cor, de Ana Maria Gonçalves; Leite derramado, de Chico Buarque; Guia afetivo da periferia, de Marcus Vinícius Faustini; e Passageiro do fim do dia, de Rubens Figueiredo, lidos em conjunto com tais teorias sociais e literárias, mas também situados na dinâmica histórica da sociedade em que participam, revelam, na particularidade mesma de cada composição, ser, de maneira ativa, com os recursos formais mobilizados, e, de modo mais ou menos passivo, como “sintomas”, poéticas do traço, afinal, mais marcante de seu contexto: a desigualdade social brasileira. / We propose a study of the contemporary literary phenomenon in Brazil through the social mediation that makes it possible. Therefore, we rebuild some important controversies responsible for developing the parameters of the various Marxist philosophies of the twentieth century. In contrast, György Lukács and the materialist Jean-Paul Sartre of Search for a method have their works analyzed according to the common desideratum of escaping the mechanism in the investigation of super-structural problems. Our path, heterodox, nevertheless, enlarges this reading towards the related sociological contribution. The social classes theory developed by Pierre Bourdieu is incorporated as an important template of the thematic and formal unveiling of our corpus. Thus, we present a qualitative outlook of the current literature, according to the internal struggles of the sub field of restricted literary production. However, as relevant as the more or less autonomous motives that mark the positions and disputes of this specialized area of national culture are, the socioeconomic structure of the country, understood in its historical evolution, is also carefully addressed, overall from Florestan Fernandes’ interpretations. Um defeito de cor, by Ana Maria Gonçalves; Leite derramado, by Chico Buarque; Guia afetivo da periferia, by Marcus Vinícius Faustini; and Rubens Figueiredo’s Passageiro do fim do dia, read together with such social and literary theories, but also situated in the historical dynamics of the society in which they participate, reveal, in the particularity of each composition, to be, in an active way, with the formal resources mobilized, and in a more or less passive manner, as “symptoms”, poetics of the trait, after all, most striking of its context: the Brazilian social inequality.

Na literatura surgiu um novo conceito para se remeter à internacionalização daqueles atores, o qual ficou notadamente conhecido por paradiplomacia. Indo ao encontro dessa tendência, os processos de integração regional tornaram-se arenas com grande potencial à excursão externa subnacional e adquiriram novos contornos de pesquisa a partir do olhar crítico das teorias e conceitos neoliberais das Relações Internacionais, assinalados pelo Intergovernamentalismo Neoliberal e pela Governança Multi-Nível (GMN) na presente dissertação. A construção da União Europeia (UE) em 1992 e a criação do Mercado Comum do Sul (Mercosul) em 1991 são retratos dessas mudanças e, em comunhão com seus desenvolvimentos, tais organizações passaram a legitimar e institucionalizar a influência subnacional em suas estruturas. Destarte, o objetivo da presente dissertação é analisar a participação dos atores subnacionais inseridos nos dois processos de integração regional supramencionados, destacando-se os estudos de caso do Comitê das Regiões (CR) da UE e do Foro Consultivo de Municípios, Estados Federados, Províncias e Departamentos do Mercosul (FCCR). Para tanto, ao final faz-se a comparação entre ambos com vistas a discriminar a hipótese-conclusiva levando-se em consideração três variáveis, quais sejam: a) o grau de institucionalização dessas instâncias para com os blocos regionais; b) a formulação de suas agendas temáticas tanto em nível de discurso quanto de ações práticas; e c) o perfil de suas principais atividades e iniciativas. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / With the new settings substantiated by international order since the 1990s, subnational actors and regional blocs started up to share demands that were primarily intended for the appreciation of Nation States. A new concept emerged in the literature to refer to the internationalization of those actors, which is notably known as paradiplomacy. In line with this trend, regional integration processes have become arenas with great potential to sub-national foreign excursion and acquired new research outlines from the critical view of neoliberal theories and concepts of International Relations, marked by Liberal Intergovernmentalism and Multi-Level Governance (MLG) at this master’s thesis. The construction of the European Union (EU) in 1992 and the creation of the Southern Common Market (Mercosur) in 1991 are portraits of these changes and, along with their developments, such organizations began to legitimize and institutionalize the sub-national influence in their structures. Therefore, the purpose of this dissertation is to analyze the involvement of sub-national actors inserted in the two aforementioned regional integration processes, standing out the case studies of the Committee of the Regions (CoR) of the EU and the Committee of Municipalities, States, Provinces and Departments of Mercosur (CCRM). To do so, at the end both are compared in order to discriminate the conclusive hypothesis taking into account three variables, namely: a) the degree of institutionalization of these instances towards the regional blocs; b) the formulation of their thematic agendas both in speech and practical actions levels; and c) the profile of their main activities and initiatives.

Esta dissertação se propõe, em um primeiro momento, a traçar um panorama histórico do surgimento e do desenvolvimento da literatura infantil no Ocidente, em especial nos centros que mais influenciaram o Brasil, como Inglaterra, França, Alemanha e Estados Unidos, abordando os autores, a produção e, quando preciso para a compreensão, o contexto histórico. Esse resgate se faz necessário para se chegar à criação do que atualmente chamamos de livro ilustrado contemporâneo, objeto em que as imagens são fundamentais para a construção da narrativa. A partir de então, este trabalho resgata as teorias que tentam compreender de que maneira as duas linguagens textual e imagética se inter-relacionam no livro ilustrado e apresenta uma análise de duas obras brasileiras: Inês, dos autores Roger Mello e Mariana Massarani, e Lá e Aqui, de Odilon Moraes e Carolina Moreyra. / This dissertation has the purpose of setting an historical cenario for the begining and the development of the infant literature in the ocident, mostly in England, France, Germany and The United States (the centers that has more influential power among brazilian authors). This piece approaches the authors, the production and, when it is necessary for fully undertanding, the historical context. This recaptulation is important to comprehend the path that leaded us to the modern picturebooks, in witch the images are a fundamental part of the narrative construction. After that, this piece recaptulates the theories that explain in whitch ways those two languages (text and image) correlate in the illustrated book. It also presents review of two remarkable brazilian books: Roger Mello and Mariana Massaranis book Inês and Odilon Moraes e Carolina Moreyras book Lá e Aqui (Here and There).
