Master's thesis is focused on examination of financial health of a company from 2006-2008 with the usage of elementary methods of financial analysis. The aim of the submitted thesis is detection causes of financial standing of the company and according to gained knowledge, appropriate improving arrangements, which improve a financial position of company.

The diploma thesis deals with evaluating the financial situation of the company O.K. BAG s.r.o. during the years 2006 – 2010. The aim of this work is to analyze the financial situation of the company and propose options for improving the financial situation. The first part of work is contains basic information about the company O.K. BAG s.r.o.. In the second part the obtained results are evaluated and compared with the data of the firm. Based on these results it is possible to propose an enhancement of the current state of the firm

This thesis focuses on economic situation assessment of a company active in the field of manufacturing industry. The assessment is done using elementary methods of financial analysis. Based on the results, measures are suggested to improve the financial situation of the company. An analysis of general and field-specific surrounding of the assessed organization is also included in the thesis.

The theoretical part deals with the interpretation of important concepts, which are linked to financial analysis. The next section is already calculated the financial analysis of the company for the period 2006 - 2010. Was used an analysis of both horizontal and vertical analysis statement balance sheet and profit and loss account. Furthermore, I evaluated the differential indicators, profitability, activity, liquidity, debt service ratios, of course there is a comprehensive index of IN 05 and Altman's index of financial soundness. This chapter is followed by a summary evaluation forms as part of that would be helping a company improve its financial situation and the end of the work concludes.

This master´s thesis deals with the financial situation of SUDOP BRNO, spol. s r.o. The theoretical part explains the time series, regression analysis and financial analysis. The practical part is focused on development of economic indicators and predicts its trend for future. Also, the competitive status is evaluated. In the final part there are suggestions for improvement of company situation.

Its purpose is to provide recommendations for improving management analyzed the company. In the thesis are used methods of financial analysis. The theoretical part describes some methods of financial analysis, particularly elementary methods. The practical part of the methods I use for the treatment of Unistav financial analysis, and evaluation and management of state companies.

The aim of this thesis is a complete assessment of the financial situation of a company between 2005 and 2009 on the basis selected methods of the financial analysis. Proposals of potential solutions of discovered problems are presented in next part of the work which should result for improvement of current situation.

The goal of the thesis “Audit of the financial statements in an enterprise” is to analyze methods specified by International Standards on Auditing and to apply these to a chosen enterprise. In the first part of this thesis I explain origins of an audit, I define it and clarify its elemental characteristics. The second part is dedicated to an explanation of individual audit phases and a specification of methods which are used to audit execution. In the concluding part, I apply knowledge gained in previous chapters to a practical verification of true and fair view of accounts payable of the chosen enterprise.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to suggest effective action steps targeting the enhancement of current situation within a company with the help of analysis of both its internal and external environment. Fundamental analysis, SLEPTE analysis, Porter's model and SWOT analysis were used. Each application is preceded by theoretical introduction into the essence of the applied analytical model.

The first part defines the profile and characteristics of the enterprise and the theoretical-methodological issues.
