This diplom work is intent of project strategy in small firm. It comprieses proposals of possible solutions of identified problems which should result in the improvement of financial situation of the firm in future years.

The goal of this thesis is appreciation financial health of chosen company based on the analysis of financial statements. The thesis includes theoretic and practical part. Theoretic part is intent on description methods financial analysis. In practical parts is given to theory apply to company SATT Inc. At the close thesis are mentioned record financial analysis benchmarking summary and proposals that the firm in years to come will help improve pertinent bad financial situation.

The subject of the Thesis titled “Mergers of Daughter Companies” is a suggestion of a method of merger of daughter companies of agricultural division of existing corporate group – AGROFERT HOLDING, a.s. The first part introduces the mother company and the daughter companies which were suggested for the mergers, and furthermore specifies other options of corporate transformations permitted by Commercial Code. The second part includes analysis of feasibility of mergers and possible options thereof. It also includes an explanation of legal rules on the chosen method of corporate transformation – an equity takeover. The last part contains a project of merger of daughter companies, including a timeline thereof, contract on equity takeover and related documents.

The objective of this thesis is evaluation of financial health of Pilkington Czech s.r.o. by using chosen methods of financial analysis. It contains concepts of potential solutions of discovered problems, which have to lead in the future to the improvements of financial situation of the company.

This Master's thesis deals with current financial situation of non-profit-making organization called Nadeje o.s. For classification were applied some methods of financial analysis, whose results were applied to suggestions for financial strategy in following period.

Financial analysis is implemented on the basis of financial statements for the years 2004 – 2008. The master’s thesis includes proposals which lead to improvement of financial situation in company Autel – montáže.

The graduation thesis at first acquaints readers with the theory of financial planning. Further, it contains basic informations about the company DAKO-CZ, a. s. and an evaluation its economic situation by means of a financial analysis. The graduation thesis subsequently puts together a short-term financial plan of company for the year 2009.

This master´s thesis evaluates the economic situation of HAL-KON, s. r. o. in the years 2006 – 2008. There is in accordance with theoretical knowledge performed evaluation of company with a few of valuation methods.

Master’s thesis evaluates financial situation of the company Smile, s. r. o. for the period of years 2005 and 2007 by selected indicators of financial analysis. It deals with determination of strengths and weaknesses, implementation financial analysis and analyzing ascertained problems. In the end of thesis includes proposals, which lead to improvement of financial situation in company Smile.
