The goal of this diploma thesis is to design, realize and implement a software application in a corporate environment. The application is based on the basic principles of information systems. It allows to store, process, send and display the necessary internal data at one place. The result of the diploma thesis is a custom made applicationfor the company. This application is implemented in a corporate environment.

Úspěch společnosti poskytující služby je závislý na efektivním využití kvalifikovaných lidských zdrojů. Na rozdíl od výrobní společnosti u firmy poskytující služby není vždy proveditelné zcela standardizovat výstupy, proto efektivita společnosti je závislá na optimalizaci vnitrofiremních procesů a přesném vymezení rolí u jednotlivých pozic. Principy Total Quality Managementu aplikované na společnost poskytující služby zajistí standardizaci fungování a vnitrofiremních procesů společnosti při zachování potřebné flexibility, což z dlouhodobého hlediska společnosti poskytující služby přinese výhody oproti konkurenci, zefektivnění řízení organizace a zvýšení návratnosti investice pro majitele/investora. Součástí práce je návrh implementace TQM připravený pro SME zabývající se poskytováním IT služeb.

Úspech spoločnosti venujúcej sa elektronickému predaju je hlboko prepojený s nástrojmi internetového marketingu. Široká škála týchto produktov je zložitá na zoptimalizovanie a nastavenie celého procesu tak, aby pracoval efektívne. Efektívnosť v tomto prípade značí pozitívny návrat investície, ktorú do nástrojov vkladáme. Orientácia na zákazníka je dôležitý faktor pre všetky e-business spoločnosti. Zákazníci vyžadujú veľké množstvo doručovacích a platobných možností ako aj rýchlu zákaznícku podporu cez chat alebo telefón. Táto diplomová práca ukazuje všetky tieto aspekty a zároveň demonštruje praktické možnosti použitia internetového marketingu ako aj vylepšenú zákaznícku podporu.

The subject of this thesis is primarily design methodology for planning and traffic management. It is based on the real needs of company CAD Blansko and analyzing company processes and capture their support in the corporate ERP system. Next pat is detailed analysis focusing on dispatching of passenger transport. Based on the findings and conclusions of this section are outlined deficiencies, especially the need for a methodology for resource planning and specifications of that methology. To which is directly connected with the extensive design of the required design methodology and its software support, change is taken into account current business processes. It is also recommended procedure of the implementation methodology using appropriate project management tools. The final part is testing of methodology.

This master’s thesis deals with the design and realization of support software tool for production capacity planning in selected company. Functionality of the application will be designed according to theoretical findings (from the area of process management and business informatics) and analysis of business processes and user requirements. Final support tool should facilitate all management decisions regarding long-term planning of production and will be implemented in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications.

This thesis on "Design of an information system" suggests solutions for company knowledge management support with advance documents registration for better inform employees and customers. It analyzes existing information system and whole knowledge management as a part of it. Thesis defines business processes connected with knowledge and information, so whole this part of the system for their support too.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zefektivnění podnikových procesů ve společnosti Grow3. Obsahuje analýzu procesů, zjištění příčin současných problémů za použití teoretických modelů a návrhovou část vedoucí k zefektivnění těchto procesů. Součástí je také vytvoření standardizovaných modelů pro nejdůležitější procesy. Poslední část obsahuje výsledky a porovnání provedených analýz s přihlédnutím na vytvořená doporučení.

This thesis focuses on the draft amendments for further business development in the company. Draft amendments based on findings from the analysis of the current state of IS and related processes in the company. The proposed amendments will take place requirements on the company information system and the strategic goals of the company.

This thesis aims for evaluating the information system in the company Natural Pack Group Ltd. and its possible changes in order to improve the current situation. In the first part, there is defined theoretical background closely related to the topic of work. The second part is focused on analysing the current state of the enterprise and its information system. On the basic of this analysis, there are proposed changes in the third part, which will be led to improvements of the information systems and business processes of the company.

Geschäftsprozesse im Verwaltungs- und Dienstleistungsbereich werden häufig durch den Eingang von Dokumenten angestoßen. Hierfür ist es unerlässlich, dass sie den richtigen Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen oder der Organisation erreichen. Oftmals sind jedoch dem externen Sender die internen Organisationsstrukturen nicht klar, so dass eine zentrale Stelle angeschrieben wird. Diese muss dann das Dokument, basierend auf seinem Inhalt, an die zuständigen Kollegen weiterleiten. Dies kann beträchtlichen personellen Aufwand mit sich bringen. In der Forschungsarbeit wird ein System entwickelt, das diese Aufgabe maschinell erfüllen soll. Hierzu werden verschiedenartige Klassifikationsverfahren erprobt und hinsichtlich ihrer Verlässlichkeit beurteilt. Weiterhin werden Verbesserungen gegenüber gängigen maschinellen Verfahren angestrebt.
