This diploma thesis is focused on solution of educational problem of students. Its character is theoretically-empirical. The first part is theoretical and is focused on explaining technical terms of this thesis topic. Furthermore it summarizes theoretical knowledge from area of teachers, especially junior, in addition education of schoolmasters and law regulation, regarding to their work. The last part of theoretical part is dedicated to authority, its establishing, education and practices in case of unappropriate student behaviour. Furthermore to discipline, its causes and to most common discipline problems in elementary schools. In the empirical part is described procedure of qualitative research investigation of this diploma thesis. There are also listed research questions as well as description of data collection and its analysis. Methodological part is followed by research investigation and answer to question, if junior teacher are ready to deal with educational problem of their students.

The main aim of the theoretical part is to introduce difficulties of the teaching profession, such as the problems that are encountered today, when they are available for work and the challenges that they are not prepared for. With the aid of literature, I define the term 'beginning teacher' and I introduce the most common types of problems that arise. Furthermore, I focus on the possible support system for beginning teachers. The empiric part presents the assessment of the results from completed questionnaires and the dialogues with the beginning teachers of primary education. In my prepared and structured questionnaire and dialogue, I focus on the problems, which they might have struggled with or are still struggling with, such as if they feel that university was not able to prepare them adequately for their future job. In addition to this, I aim one's attention to the support system, which was provided to them, if they had an opportunity of a mentor. I am interested in parent's reaction when they found out that the new class teacher of their children is a fresh university graduate. Lastly, if they had a big problem to gain children's authority. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of pair teaching between teachers. The main goal is to map the advantages and disadvantages of this teaching. It focuses on the broader specifics of pair teaching, which it then compares in the environment of primary and university. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the introductory chapters of the first part, the issue is viewed from a theoretical point of view, i.e. they describe the model of pair teaching. The theoretical part further defines its basic key principles, especially under what conditions it works and what benefits for pupils, students and teachers brings. It focuses on the prerequisites for proper functioning, cooperative teaching and deals with possible models of cooperation between two teachers. The work also mentions the influence of pair teaching on the quality of professional development of future teachers. The practical part is designed as a qualitative research. The main aim of the theoretical part is to define the term 'beginning teacher' and to describe the forms of support which a fresh graduate can use when he starts his teaching practice. Furthermore, I focus on communication and cooperation of a teacher and a parent and I offer reasons for their realization. In the end of the theoretical part, I describe parent - teacher conference and consultations teacher - parent - pupil in Step by step. The aim of the empiric part was to assess the interviews with the beginning primary school teachers in ZŠ Angel and some parents. Thesis "Beginning teacher - analysis of his personality, work and the most common problems in his work" deals with the personality of a beginning teacher, mentions the most common problems in his work and tries to find ideas for improving the situation. As the same times in analyses the selected components of his personality, which usually participates the lack of attention, especially in preparing future teachers, and which usually not mentioned in proper context. It focuses primary on the professional competence of teachers in relation to the student's core competencies as well as in other contexts. It also discusses the role of novice teachers in the context of the transformation of the Czech education system and also in the context of the Lisbon process. Analyses of key documents are included too. Great attention is paid to think about the different problematic areas concerning the work of novices teachers. This work is focused on the topic of school class climate and its enhancement by the methods of personality and social education in a concrete class where the author is working as a teacher. The theoretical part is dedicated to the class climate and its characteristics. It describes what influences, by which methods it can be investigated and what can it be influenced by. In the practical part the author uses the methods of the teacher's active research to investigate the climate in her own class and also self-reflexively examines herself from the view of the beginning teacher. During the time period of one school year continually monitors the climate in her class and states the most effective ways towards improvement. The results of the research show that the methods of personality and social education have an influence to the class climate if they are used in a natural and casual manner.
