In this work were considered the maxima and minima structures. Where number of value is random and is distributed by negative binomial distribution. There were theorems that were improved in this work, that helped to find the limit distribute function of this standard structures. These theorems generalize propositions, when set size is geometric random number. Also, there was the concrete distribution analysis done and such distributions were chosen: exponential, general logistic and uniform.

Aprašytas padangų nusidėvėjimo modelis, atsižvelgiant į natūralųjį nusidėvėjimą ir padangų traumatinius gedimus. Išnagrinėtos patikimumo charakteristikos: patikimumo funkcija ir k-tojo gedimo tipo tikimybės intervale [0;t], gautos šių statistikų įverčių H. Dinges tipo transformacijos. Sudaryta programa su SAS paketu, kuri generuoja padangų gedimo momentus ir apskaičiuoja patikimumo funkcijos ir k-tojo gedimo tipo tikimybės intervale [0;t] įverčius. / The work represent a tire exploiting model including both tire degradation and tire failures. The estimator of reliability characteristics: reliability function and the probability of k traumatic failure type were analysed. Natural tire wear and traumatic failure time data were analysed with SAS software.
