Nos últimos anos, o uso de micro-ondas em síntese orgânica tem sido bastante empregado. Neste senário, com objetivo em obter as reações em um espaço de tempo curto, neste trabalho realizou um método sintético nas sínteses de guanidinas e 5-aminotetrazois em que as reações foram realizadas em um reator dedicado empregando aquecimento em micro-ondas, usando-se como catalisador sais de bismuto (III) na síntese de guanidinas e 5-aminotetrazois. Foram obtidos guanidinas, bisguanidinas, 5- aminotetrazois e bis-5-aminotetrazois. Após otimização das reações, os produtos foram obtidos com rendimentos de médios a bons em tempos reacionais relativamente curtos. / The synthesis of guanidines, and 5-aminotetrazoles, has a significant importance, as they are quite versatile class of compounds as a building block for others organic substances, such as, heterocycle compounds and alkaloids, so also with great biological interest as antibacterial, anti-diabetic, antihistamine, anti-inflammatory, antihypertensive, antiviral, among others. In recent years, the use of microwaves in organic synthesis has been widely employed. In this senary, in order to obtain the reactions in a short time, this study conducted a synthetic method in the synthesis of guanidines and 5- aminotetrazoles where the reactions were performed in a dedicated reactor employing microwave heating, using as catalyst bismuth (III) salts in the synthesis of guanidines and 5-aminotetrazoles. Guanidines, bisguanidines, 5- aminotetrazoles and bis-5-aminotetrazois were obtained. After optimization of reaction, products were obtained with average to good yields in relatively short reaction times.
