Subject of the masters’s thesis is new building of kindergarden in Jevíčko. The building is designed in flat terrain. The main entrence is oriented to the northwest. The building consist of two storey and has partial basement. Supporting structures consist of brickwork and celings Porotherm. Roof is flat with asfalt felts.

The subject of my thesis is a project documentation of kindergarten in the land of the municipality Litovel. It is a two - storey detached house which disposal solution meets the conditions of operation of the building – the education of children aged from three to six years. There are classes for children aged three to four years and technical support for the school in the first floor. In the second floor there are two classes, one class for children aged four to five and second class for pre - school children and children with deferred schooling. Each department has a separate entrance, which is located on the north side. The constructive design of the system is designed from the POROTHERM system. The vertical rim of the structure of the first and second floor are bricked up wiith POROTHERM 44 T Profi dimension of 248 x 440 x 249 mm. Inside walls with POROTHERM 30 Profi, a wall between the rooms, and the food servery is of POROTHERM 30 Aku Profi dimension of 247 x 300 x 249 mm and internal masonry POROTHERM 11, 5 Profi dimension 497 x 115 x 249 mm. In the object there are used SDK pre-walls and ceilings Rigips 150 mm thickness. The ceiling is ceramo-concrete POROTHERM system (carrier beams Pot and cartridge Miako) 290 mm thickness. The vertical structure are obtained from internal and external parties plaster. The roof is designed as a green roof. The windows and the front door are designed in plastic with mahogany colour. Floor coverings are designed with regard to the use or operating rooms - the ceramic floor tiles or vinyl flooring. The operation of the school on the 1 st and 2. floor is linked with monolithic staircase. The outer surface layers are equipped with mineral coloured paint. The project addresses the construction of a multipurpose house in a vacant lot in the street Na Poříčí, Praha – Nové Město. The building is situated in flat terrain between two existing objects. The object is directly accessible from the local road and escape from the building is possible in two directions (to the existing communication and to the newly proposed parking lot in the courtyard of the building). Object is designed as a brick building (mostly shaped masonry system POROTHERM) with longitudinal bearing structural system. This is partial basement building (one subterranean floor) with seven storeys. Access to the property is possible via the existing local road in the vicinity of the building (Na Poříčí street).

During the autumn of last year, Huddinge municipality made the decision to build a new town hall and leave their current premises in a couple of years. The current town hall consists of three parts and together they add historical annual rings and high architectural quality to this area, which has been an administrative center in Huddinge since the 13th century. However, as of today the future of these buildings is uncertain and the office building may now face the risk of demolition. This diploma project is therefore investigating how the office building can be repurposed to prolong its life and prevent 7500 tons of load-bearing concrete to go to waste. The new program is housing and 40 new apartments have been created. The existing courtyards have been opened up and the removed concrete, bricks, and windows are reused to add a new floor. In the new proposal, 84% of the load-bearing structure is original, 9% is reused and 7% is new. There is a large variety of apartments, ranging from 28 m2 to 129 m2 to enable diversity

This thesis describes the design and solution of the object for education of preschool aged children The nursery school situated in Ostrava consists of two classes, each with capacity of 20 children. Outdoor playground and parking lots for visitors and employees are included in the project. Building is designed as double-storeyed with partial basement and with extensive green roof. Floor plan is irregular, corresponds to few slipped (blended?) rectangles. Walls are made of ceramic blocks, ceilings is made of precast cencrete panels Spiroll.

The subject of the master thesis is a new hotel building. The hotel is a three-storey, non-basement building with a flat roof, which serves for temporary accommodation for 42 guests. On the first floor is a restaurant with all necessary facilities for guests and staff, lobby with a reception and a small shop. The other two floors are designed to accommodate guests. The hotel is based on foundation passports. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of ground brick blocks. They are insulated by contact insulation system ETICS. Horizontal structures are made of prestressed ceiling panels. Part of the master thesis is thermal engineering assessment, fire safety solutions and assessment in terms of acoustics and daylight. The master thesis contains a drawings and technical documentation.

Master´s thesis of Multifunctional house is compile in project documentation by legislation in force. Design object is situated on plats 877/1, 877/2 in Jičín. Building is divided on two parts – administrative section, determined for project-atelier and apartment section with five apartments. It is four-storey cellarless building with flat roof. The both sections have barrier-free access to object including parking and elevators. In apartment section is barrier-free apartment in downstairs. Project is compile including static analysis of connection girder, fire safety solution and thermal technical assessment.

The diploma thesis deals with a project documentation of the building kindergartens in Brno, on the estate Lesná. The design and architectural design of the building is based on a combination of mutually intersecting blocks, while in the spatial division of the building is put great emphasis on simple rectangular shapes. Building facade is completed unusual modifications that are in perfect harmony, and also contrast with the overall shape design construction. Business can complete single-storey building comprising two independent departments divided into four functional zones: preschool education, social, administrative and economic. Specializations in appropriate field are a part of the project.

The diploma thesis deals with a project documentation of single-storey building kindergarten in Hluk. The purpose is to make functional layout solution for everyday activity. New building contains from two parts for forty - eight children. Place emphasis on general visual impression and construction solution. The building is designed from constructional system KM BETA. The part of this project is specialization in specific field.
