Stavební spoření - právní a ekonomická problematika / Building savings - legal and economic issues

Janďourková, Petra January 2010 (has links)
The purpose of my thesis is to describe the bank product building savings, especially to focuse on legal and economical problems. The thesis is composed of seven chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of building savings. Chapter One mentions the history of buildings savings, its origin and development. Chapter Two includes a list of the relevant Czech legislation, which is connected with Czech system of building savings. Chapter Three is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis, as the savings phase, the loan phase, bridging loans or regular loans. Chapter Four focuses on the building savings bank as the special banks, whose business activities are restricted. Chapter Five describes the savings phase of the building savings, primarily the contract. The subchapters point out closing, changing and terminating the contracts and presents participants in building savings. Chapter Six deals with the problems of loan providing and closing the loan contracts. Because the purpose of the existence of building savings is to finance housing for as many people as possible, especially by providing loans, the main part of the thesis focuses right on the loans. The building savings banks provide two kinds of loans, bridging loans and regular loans. Chapter Seven analyzes the...

The aim of the thesis is to complete pieces of knowledge gathered from the legal regulations, from practical research and from my two years expirience as a building savings commercial broker and create an integrated thesis that is transparent and complete from different angles of view. Conclusions are drawn particularly in the closing part of the thesis where are briefly summarized the author's opinions on problems described in each chapter.

Nação e autonomia : a participação dos deputados do Brasil e da Nova Espanha nas Cortes (1810-1822)

Bercht, Gabriela January 2014 (has links)
This research examined on a comparative basis the performance of Brazilian deputies in the Cortes of Lisbon (1821-1822) and the performance of New Hispanic deputies in the Cortes de Cádiz (1810-1812). We focus our work in the reading of Diaries of both Cortes and seek to see how the autonomist projects and the new constitutional proposals for the Empires were related to the concept of nation and its correlates. Initially we also conduct a brief resumption of historiographical discussions around the issue of the state and nation in the Brazilian and Latin American historiography and there we note the need to develop specific theories about the emergence of national states in Latin America. Finally, we note that there were several common points of political claim in between Brazilian and New-Hispanic elites. Standing out where the desire to establish agreements centered in the administrative autonomy of the provinces. We also could noticed the development in the Cortes of Lisbon of an alternative proposal for the organization of the Brazilian state, coming from the elites located in the south of the Kingdom, which favored the creation of a more centralized State in the Kingdom of Brazil.

Stavební spoření - právní a ekonomická problematika / Builiding Savings - legal and economic issues

Stříbrná, Nataša January 2021 (has links)
Builiding Savings - legal and economic issues Supervision enforcement in the area of building savings Abstract The aim of the thesis was to summarize supervisory procedures in building savings with a special focus on the scope of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis defines basic concepts, the relevant basic theoretical issues of supervisory procedures in the field of financial law and the purpose of general terms and conditions are also mentioned. The third and fourth parts of the work are crucial. The third part focuses on the competence of the Ministry of Finance in the field of building savings. Separate chapters are devoted to the approval of the general terms and conditions of building savings banks, the implementation of the agenda related to the payment and return of the state support of building savings, as well as the actual exercise of state supervision of compliance with the state support conditions laid down by the Building Savings Act. Special attention is paid to the information system, the operation and administration of which is essential for the performance of the Ministry of Finance's competence in building savings. The fourth part consists of considerations on selected supervisory issues in the field of building savings. It contains reflection on...

Slicing of extended finite state machines

Atchuta, Kaushik January 1900 (has links)
Master of Science / Department of Computing and Information Sciences / Torben Amtoft / An EFSM (Extended Finite State Machine) is a tuple (S, T, E, V) where S is a finite set of states, T is a finite set of transitions, E is a finite set of events, and V is a finite set of variables. Every transition t in T has a source state and a target state, both in S. There is a need to develop a GUI which aids in building such machines and simulating them so that a slicing algorithm can be implemented on such graphs. This was the main idea of Dr. Torben Amtoft, who has actually written the slicing algorithm and wanted this to be implemented in code. The project aims at implementing a GUI which is effective to simulate and build the graph with minimum user effort. Poor design often fails to attract users. So, the initial effort is to build a simple and effective GUI which serves the purpose of taking input from the user, building graphs and simulating it. The scope of this project is to build and implement an interface so that the users can do the following in an effective way:  Input a specification of an EFSM  Store and later retrieve EFSMs  Displaying an EFSM in a graphical form  Simulating the EFSM  Modify an EFSM  Implement the slicing algorithm All the above mentioned features must be integrated into the GUI and it should only fail if the input specification is wrong.

Imperialismus EU: Současné mise SBOP / EU's Imperialism: Contemporary CSDP Missions

Šmardová, Martina January 2018 (has links)
The thesis focuses on the contemporary CSDP missions of the European Union from the point of view of critical literatures on imperialism, state-building and capacity-building. State-building and capacity-building gradually became dominant approaches towards weak and failing states which are associated with the exercise of power and influence in the critical literature, e.g. in David Chandler on whose argument this thesis draws on. The thesis develops Chandler's argument by means of analysis of intervention practices in the selected cases.
