The universe analyzed in this research is constituted of some of the vertical housing built in Natal from the period of 1969 to 2000. The diploma thesis deals with the state of the real estate market with the residential units in new buildings of the apartment buildings in Chrudim. The target of the thesis is to determine the influence on the price of residential units of the given locality and how the influence of prices on the other factors and to evaluate the influence of the location on a larger scale, by comparing the prices of residential units in new buildings in different cities. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the topic of valuation. Practical then by describing localities and their differences and comparing the prices of the residential units.

The subject of the master’s thesis is the project documentation of building work for multifunctional building. The object has three floors. The structural system of the building is bricked. The roof of the building is flat and the terraces are designed as vegetation and walking. On the mainfloor there are situated commercial spaces, building technical facilities and seven residential units. On the second floor there is space for commercial use and seven residential units and on the last floor there is also space for commercial use and one residential units.

Diploma thesis provides a comprehensive overview about problems with flat´s property which is arising from apartment-building dividing at residential units, so they can be self-contained property.

The external walls are lined from the system Porothem and insulation system certified ETICS (TI Extherm EPS 70 F). Residential house is located on parcels 1226/1, 1226/2. Residential house is designed with the layout, the use of safety in terms of fire safety, acoustics, lighting and heating equipment and energy.

This diploma thesis solves a new residential house in Litovel in the cadastral area town Litovel (685909) on plot 725/9. The building is situated in the outskirts of built-up. Plan view of the object is I-shaped with dimensions of 43.01 x 26.26 m. The building consists of four floors and cellar floor. In the cellar floor there are collective garage, cellar, boiler room, club room, toilet and access corridor following the staircase space. On the first floor of the multifunctional part building there are two shops and a hairdresser´s, which have individual entrances. The main entrance to the living part of the house is consists by storm lobby. On the leeward continues vestibule and staircase space with a lift shaft. The main corridor following to individual apartments in each floor lead on the staircase space. The building is based on a reinforced concrete base. Vertical construction and horizontal construction are made from the system HELUZ. Roof construction are flat and have a gradient of 3%.

The subject of the diploma thesis is “Rehabilitation of the historical center and the surrounding neighborhoods in Kyjov with main focus on public space”. Urbanistic solution covers an area in close distance from the Masaryk Square, where the effort is to offer housing in the newly designed residential district. Diploma thesis also contains a design for completion and increase of capacity of the social services complex which is adjacent to the park by Saint Josef Chapel. This park is a part of the urbanistic design as well. The studied area is bordered by the streets of Újezd, Dobrovského, Dvořákova, Klvaňova, Brandlova and Palackého třída. Although Kyjov is situated mostly on plains the studied area is in a hilly and disunited part of the city. Buildings in this area are rather low-rise and mainly used for housing purposes. The design is focused on offering varied housing, which relates to the existing buildings and develops unused public space. Scope of this diploma thesis also contains a vision for the year 2070. The vision focuses on an area currently with high-rise blocks of flats. This area is adjacent to the newly designed residential district.
