Obchodní spolupráce mezi Českou republikou a Saúdskou Arábií / Business cooperation between the Czech Republic and Saudi ArabiaŠmotková, Marie January 2010 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to introduce the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as an important potential partner for the Czech business entities based on a comprehensive and objective analysis of factors that could affect the cooperation between these two countries. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first one deals with the general characteristics of Saudi Arabia, particularly with demographic and geographic data, administrative structure, history and political-legal environment. The second chapter is about the economic characteristics of the country and it concentrates on the development of macroeconomic indicators, the various sectors of economy, finance, foreign trade and investment climate. The third section focuses on business cooperation between the Czech Republic and Saudi Arabia, with an emphasis on the development of mutual relations, trade balance and the specifics of the entry of Czech subjects on the Saudi market, including SWOT and PESTLE analysis and information about companies that have been already successful on the Saudi market. The last chapter is about cultural differences and I mention Hofstede's cultural dimensions, gender issues, values in society and the impact of cultural differences on the business negotiations.

Os contratos de colaboração têm importância crescente nos mercados e são instrumentos adequados para o desenvolvimento de atividades empresariais em diversas situações. O consórcio de empresas é a forma de colaboração empresarial a que este dedica o presente estudo com o objetivo de definir-se seu regime jurídico. Iniciam-se os trabalhos com a questão da polissemia do termo consórcio, diferenciando-se o consórcio de empresas de outras figuras, incluindo notas históricas relativas ao uso do termo no direito brasileiro. Depois, analisam-se diversos institutos semelhantes ao consórcio de empresas encontrados em ordenamentos jurídicos estrangeiros. Passa-se a tratar da questão da colaboração empresarial, relacionando-a com a concentração empresarial. Segue exame aprofundado do contrato de consórcio no direito brasileiro. Dedica-se um capítulo do trabalho a questões conexas ao consórcio de empresas relevantes a áreas do direito diferentes do direito comercial. Por fim; apresentam-se as conclusões decorrentes da pesquisa. / Cooperation contracts have increasing importance in markets and are suitable instruments for the development of business activity in various situations. The business consortium is a kind of business collaboration to which this paper is dedicated aimíng at defining its applicable legal rules. The paper starts with the issue of the polysemy of the term consortium, explaining differences among the business consortium and other legal concepts under the name of consortium, including historical notes concerning the use of the word in the Brazilian Law. Then, we analyze various institutes similar to the business consortium found in foreign legal systems. Following, we address the issue of collaboration, and its relations to business combination. Next, an in-depth examination of the consortium contract under Brazilian Law is presented. The following chapter is devoted to issues related to the business consortium relevant to different areas of Law other than Commercial Law. Finally, we present the findings resulting from the research.

Este trabalho consiste em um estudo de caso que procurou analisar instrumentos de comunicação dirigida acionados na rede de cooperação empresarial Associação Sul Móveis e Eletrodomésticos - Redlar. O método foi indutivo e a principal técnica de pesquisa utilizada foi a análise de conteúdo, aplicada nos documentos gravados do CD-R: Estatuto Social, Código de Ética, Regimento Interno, Manual de Expansão e Manutenção, e Manual de Identidade Visual, entregue ao novo associado no momento do ingresso na rede. Após a leitura flutuante destes, foram identificados os índices Padrões na Comunicação, Práticas de Gestão, Normativas Comportamentais e Diretrizes Compartilhadas, os quais constituem-se das categorias logomarca, slogan, atividades presenciais, procedimentos operacionais, deveres e obrigações, direitos, penalidades e punições, relacionamentos, objetivos, missão, visão e princípios. O resultado do estudo demonstra que os significados compartilhados constroem a cultura e a identidade da organização e são disseminados pelo instrumento de comunicação dirigida auxiliar CD-R , objeto de análise deste trabalho. / This work presents a case study that analyzed targeted communication aid tools on the business cooperation network Associação Sul Móveis e Eletrodomésticos Redlar. Hospodářská spolupráce České republiky s Nizozemskem na příkladu vybraných firem / Business cooperation between the Czech Republic and the Netherlands with examples of particular companiesPluhařová, Marta January 2008 (has links)
The first chapter is about characteristics of business environment in the Netherlands comparing to the Czech Republic. The second chapter is aimed at institutions that support business relations between the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. These are e.g. the Embassies, CzechTrade and CzechInvest (CZ) and EVD (NL). There are also two Dutch- Czech chambers of commerce active on the Czech market. I also mention some more institutions in this chapter. The last chapter contains concrete examples of 2 Dutch companies on the Czech market. The first company works in the area of waste management. The second company is a joint-venture of Dutch and Czech subject and it is specialised in industrial design and structural packaging. This chapter not only focuses on introducing these two companies but it also analyses their situations on the market thanks to SWOT analysis.
