The purpose of this thesis presents a reliable business proposal how to build a facility, which will combinate coffe bar and solar studio. This proposal results from analysis of competition background and from potential demand of the custumer side. This project can be answer for foundation-stone of business aktivity.

The contents of final thesis is to create a business plan small bakery. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The practical part deals with the first business environment the country in which the economic unit will operate and followed part of creating a business plan. The objective of final work is on pursuance of analysis and financial plan propose an entrepreneurial plan for establishment of business.

The master's thesis consists on possibilities of finding a new small business and verifying his realization. I take the informations from feasibility study, opportunity study and also from analysis of strengths and weaknesses SWOT. The proposal part of the thesis draws on analytical part and there is also the presentation of future company and draft of the proposal realization.

This master´s thesis suggests a business plan for further progress of an existing company “i-Studio Ltd”. It is looking at opportunities in already operating branch. It is trying to suggest a project which would lead to better profitability, expenditure and stabilizing of current market share and also strengthen the company name. The aim of my diploma’s thesis is a proposal to establish a company PeleBrick. The company will concentrate on production of ecological products from wood biomass. In the first part are theoretical basis for the establishment of a trade, a business plan and explain what is the biomass. In the second, practical part, is already broken up the actual business plan with all the necessities.

Via implemented analysis (SLEPT, SWOT and Porter’s model) and questionnaire research were identified conditions for successful establishment and running of fitness centre M-Gym, s.r.o. in Brno. The aim of this diploma thesis is compiling a business plan which deals with innovating the process of compressor assembly in Ekom manufacturing company. The basis of this innovation is investing in the assembly line in order to ensure a more effective production process. After consulting professional literature and familiarizing with the practical use of the assembly system, values which confirm the effective implementation of the assembly system into the production process are obtained.

This master’s thesis is focuses on construction business plan of company which is focuses on validation of medical devices based on the new announcement MZCR 306/2012 Sb. This company will be testing laboratory accredited by CIA (Czech Accreditation Institute). Selection of the best legal form of the company will be part of the master’s thesis.

This diploma thesis deals with the business plan on expanding the design-building company. It covers theoretical description of the business aims and the proposition itself containing the procedures of how expansion can be realized.
