Στο παρόν κείμενο μελετώνται οι τεχνικές υλοποίησης L2 MPLS VPNs Cicruit Cross Connect (CCC) και Any Trasfer over MPLS (AToM) που παρέχουν οι δύο κύριοι κατασκευαστές δικτυακού υλικού Juniper και Cisco αντίστοιχα. Πρόθεση της μελέτης είναι να διερευνηθούν τα ιδιαίτερα τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά της κάθε τεχνικής και στην συνέχεια να μελετηθούν τρόποι επίτευξης της διαλειτουργικότητας μεταξύ των δύο. Το τελευταίο είναι χρήσιμο στην περίπτωση που μια υπηρεσία παροχής L2 MPLS VPNs επεκτείνεται σε ένα δίκτυο που αποτελείται από εξοπλισμό και των δύο κατασκευαστών. Στην ιδιαίτερη περίπτωση του ΕΔΕΤ το οποίο είναι ένα αμιγώς «Cisco» δίκτυο το παραπάνω έχει εφαρμογή στο όριο διασύνδεσης με το GEANT το οποίο αντίστοιχα είναι ένα αμιγώς «Juniper» δίκτυο. Συνεπώς η παροχή L2 MPLS VPN μεταξύ οποιουδήποτε φορέα που συνδέεται στο ΕΔΕΤ( πχ ενός ακαδημαϊκού ιδρύματος) και ενός άλλου φορέα που είναι πίσω από το Geant ( φυσικά εκτός ΕΔΕΤ) προϋποθέτει την επίλυση των προβλημάτων διαλειτουργικότητας μεταξύ των δύο τεχνικών. / The subject of this paper is the implementation techniques of L2 MPLS VPNs Cicruit Cross Connect (CCC) and Any Trasfer over MPLS (AtoM) that are provided by the two main manufactures of network connection (Juniper and Cisco). Furthermore this paper searches the special technical features of each technique and tries to find ways of interoperability between those two. This is useful when a providing L2 MPLS VPNs service expands in a network that consists of equipment of these two main manufactures . In the special occasion of EDET, which is a completely «Cisco» network the upper has implementation in the connection limits with GEANT, which is a completely «Juniper» network. Therefore the providing of L2 MPLS VPN between any carrier that is connected with EDET (eg. Academic Institute) and another carrier that is behind GEANT (of course out of EDET) presupposes the solution of the interoperability problems between these techniques.

N-heterocyclic carbenes are essential for the synthesis and stabilization of various metal complexes due to the tendency to act as sigma-donor of sp2 hybridized lone pair in carbene into sigma-accepting orbital of metals. Meanwhile, the electronic and steric properties of pincer complexes can be fine-tuned by modifying three sites bonded to the metals. Utilizing advantages of both NHCs and the pincer structures, NHCs-based pincer complexes have become increasingly developed in recent years. After the discovery of zirconium and rhodium complexes with CCC-NHC backbones reported in 2005, Hollis’s group has been interested in applying the CCC-NHC pincer precursor for other transition metals. Manganese, the third most abundant transition metal in the earth’s crust, has lower cost and less toxic features compared to most of the others. Herein, the CCC-NHCs manganese pincer complex is synthesized and characterized and its catalytic activity in alpha- alkylation reaction of ketones using alcohols was studied.

This thesis discusses the theory and presents the numerical solution of the S-wave models of electron-hydrogen and electron-helium scattering. The Convergent Close-Coupling (CCC) method is used to obtain the numerical results. The focus within the electron-hydrogen S-wave model is to investigate cross section results for scattering from excited states; in particular, the elastic free-free transitions. These contain a divergent potential matrix element as the first term. The investigation of the electron-helium S-wave model is split into two sections, firstly applying the Frozen-Core approximation and then relaxing this approximation. This includes the first accurate ab initio calculation of double-excitation of helium.

This master thesis deals with the modeling of multivariate volatility in finan- cial time series. The aim of this work is to describe in detail selected approaches to modeling multivariate financial volatility, including verification of models, and then apply them in an empirical study of asset portfolio optimization. The results are compared with the classical approach of portfolio optimization theory based on unconditional moment estimates. The evaluation was based on four known op- timization problems, namely minimization of variance, Markowitz's model, ma- ximization of the Sharpe ratio and minimization of CVaR. The output portfolios were compared by using four metrics that reflect the returns and risks of the port- folios. The results demonstrated that employing the multivariate volatility models one obtains higher expected returns with less expected risk when comparing with the classical approach. 1

La Globalización económica hace que un fabricante industrial como el del juguete adopte estrategias de supervivencia propias y diferenciadas. La introducción de la tesis ha sido que la industria del juguete español ha regresado a España. Necesita mercados como China para la exportación. Este es el origen de la tesis: la elaboración de una guía de trabajo para la exportación de juguetes españoles a China a través de análisis lingüísticas y comparativas en cuanto a las normas de seguridad de juguetes; los símbolos de la seguridad del marcado europeo CE y la etiqueta obligatoria china CCC; los informes de ensayo de muestras de juguete; los informes de la no conformidad del informe de ensayo español y de una auditoría china a una empresa española. La metodología de trabajo, ha sido a partir de la caracterización lingüística de la lengua en las que están redactadas, en primer lugar las principales Normas de la Seguridad de los juguetes EN-71 para el caso del español y la norma GB-6675 para la lengua china; así como los informes técnicos, tales como los correspondientes a los ensayo de muestras, y a los informes de la no conformidad. Dichos análisis lingüísticos y textuales han partido de los rasgos característicos del léxico, de la sintaxis y de las características del lenguaje de especialidad, en concreto del español económico, finanzas y de los negocios y dentro de él, de la importancia de modalidad en las normas. Se ha seleccionado con esmero El Corpus que en base a las normas de la seguridad de los juguetes y que han resultado contener síntesis más sencillas y conceptos que se ha analizado. Como se ha podido demostrar en el apartado de análisis investigando el contenido y la forma de las Normas de la Seguridad de los juguetes en español y en chino. Finalmente, se ha conseguido el objetivo principal planteado al principio de esta tesis de elaborar una guía de trabajo para la exportación de juguetes españoles a China.

<p>A cochlear implant (CI) is a hearing device that makes it possible for individuals who are deaf or has a severe hearing impairment to receive auditory information and develop spoken language. The pragmatic ability may be affected. In short, pragmatics may be described as the study of language use in social contexts. Pragmatic ability can be seen as the result of the individual‟s behavior as well as the underlying causes.</p><p>The aim of the present study was to describe the pragmatic ability in children with CI. An approach inspired by Conversation Analysis (CA) was used in order to highlight the various phenomena that occurred in the interaction.</p><p>Seven children with CI participated in the study, five girls and two boys. Each conversation consisted of either a child with CI interacting with a peer, or a child with CI interacting with a parent or a teacher. A total of 14 conversations were analyzed and phenomena relevant to the study were examined. To gather further information regarding the children‟s communicative behavior, Children’s Communication Checklist was filled in by parents and teachers.</p><p>The children who participated in the study constitute a heterogeneous group and there was no clear pattern when it comes to hearing-impairment and pragmatic ability. The result showed that children with CI used both specific and non-specific requests for clarification. It seems as if intelligibility on the sentence level may reflect how efficient the interaction turns out, as the children with high intelligibility were the ones who managed to solve misunderstandings the best in the conversations. Barns språkutveckling : Validering av SECDI-III mot CCC-2Larsson, Amanda January 2014 (has links)
Språksvårigheter kan leda till sociala problem eller vara en indikation på neuropsykologiska problem. MacArthur-Bates Communicative Development Inventories (MB-CDI) och Children´s Communication Checklist (CCC) är instrument som används för att uppmärksamma eventuella brister i kommunikations- och språkutveckling. Swedish Early Communactive Development Inventories (SECDI) är svenska motsvarigheten till MB-CDI. Föreliggande studies syfte var att validera den nya svenska versionen av SECDI för barn 3-5 år gamla (SECDI-III) mot de tio skalorna i CCC-2. 36 föräldrar deltog i studien. Resultatet visade att ordförråd från SECDI-III var måttligt korrelerat till de första fyra skalorna i CCC-2, vilket i det stora hela ger stöd för validiteten hos SECDI-III. / Language difficulties can lead to social problems or be an indication of neuropsychological problems. MacArthur-Bates Communicative Development Inventories (MB-CDI) and the Children's Communication Checklist (CCC) are instruments used to highlight any shortcomings of communication and language development in children. Swedish Early Communicative Development Inventories (SECDI) is the Swedish equivalent of the MB-CDI. The present study's purpose was to validate the new Swedish version of SECDI for children 3-5 years old (SECDI-III) to the ten scales of the CCC-2. 36 parents participated in the study. The results showed that vocabulary from SECDI-III was moderately correlated to the first four scales of the CCC-2, which on the whole support for the validity of SECDI-III.
