By the view point of efficiency measurement, the further analysis such as SWOT, Cost basic analysis, building procedure, and outsourcing, will be taken on a few of greatest and good efficient private shipyards and the national owned shipyard China Shipbuilding Company. Meanwhile, the analysis of Taiwan shipbuilding market will be separate into National market, Internal open market and International market, a study for strategic analysis for these markets have been within this paper. For such mentioned state, one of the relative practical management, Outsourcing Management, have be choice for further research. Meanwhile, by means of questionnaire method to find out the influence level of Horizontal Conflict and Vertical Conflict, using the analysis result to compare with the theory¡¦s methods of Coordination and the result of the company¡¦s research. Finally, there have some comments for the shipbuilding production after Taiwan enter WTO and face to the world¡¦s opening market.

This paper discusses the formation of organizational knowledge of boundedly rational Economic agents and studies the necessity of hierarchical coordination of economic agents. We consider a firm that consists of a management and N subordinated shops. The problem of the firm is to observe a signal from the environment, forecast future demands and distribute the correct amount of a good to each of the shops. There are two uncertainties involved: The aggregate demand follows a Brownian motion and the distribution of the aggregate demand to the shops varies stochastically. At the beginning of the simulation the agents are ignorant about their actions. They learn how to choose their actions by probabilistic update. We study the importance of the organizational structure as a function of the uncertainties the agents are facing. It turns out that there is no need for a management iftheenvironment is purely deterministic or if only the aggregate demand varies stochastically. Ball catching strategies in children with and without developmental coordination disorder

The purpose was to examine the ball catching strategies of 15 children with developmental coordination disorder (DCD) compared to 15 of their peers without DCD, and 15 younger children matched on ball skills. A ball catching activity (catching 10 consecutive balls in five different positions) and the developmental sequences proposed by Haywood and Getchell (2005) were used to evaluate movement patterns. Children with DCD caught significantly fewer balls than their peers at the chest and above the head. Children with DCD demonstrated delayed arm action catching on the right and delayed body actions when balls were projected away from body compared to their peers. In addition, development of some body actions of children with DCD was different compared to younger children. Results suggested that children with DCD have not developed accurate and consistent movement patterns.

Coordinating the eyes and hand in goal-directed movement sequences

Coordinated gaze and hand movements predominate a number of our interactions in reachable space and yet few studies examine the potential contribution of tactile feedback in planning these actions. This thesis was designed to investigate eye and hand coordination during movement sequences when reaching out to interact with objects. We developed a virtual reality paradigm that allowed us to control visual, tactile, and in some cases, auditory feedback provided to participants. Participants reached and touched five objects in succession. We measured behaviour that resulted from removing one or more of the aforementioned sources of feedback – focusing on task accuracy, and the timing and dynamics of eye and hand movements. Our principle manipulations were to remove visual feedback of the hand, and/or to change the object response to contact. We also unexpectedly removed tactile feedback signaling contact. In Experiment 1, we examined gaze and hand movement timing relative to contact events. Gaze remained long enough to capture contact in central vision, but also followed a time course indicating that contact timing was predicted. In Experiment 2 we examined the influence of dynamic object consequences (i.e., motion). Gaze remained to monitor consequences that follow initial contact especially when the hand was invisible; with longer delays it became difficult to differentiate between predictive or reactive movements. In Experiment 3 we directly tested whether gaze would hold upon a site of action during prolonged manipulation. Here, gaze remained past contact time and instead its departure was associated with the completion of action. Our findings are congruent with the notion that visually guided reaches are controlled to facilitate directing the hand to viewed locations of action – without visual feedback of the hand accuracy diminished and hand approach changed across all experiments. However, we provide consistent evidence that gaze is also controlled to capture planned sensory consequences related to action at its viewed location. Monitoring these sites would facilitate comparing predicted sensory events with those that are actively measured and improve control throughout the movement sequence. 1,2-Diazoles: Versatile Tectons for Metallosupramolecular Assemblies

This study investigates the metallosupramolecular chemistry of functionalised 1,2-diazole ligands, by the preparation and characterisation of a range of first-row transition metal coordination polymers and discrete assemblies. To this end, twenty-six ligands containing 1,2-diazole functionality have been synthesised, twenty-one of which have not previously appeared in the coordination chemistry literature. Utilising these compounds, forty new coordination compounds have been prepared and characterised by single-crystal X-ray crystallography and other analytical techniques, and their solid-state structural features discussed in the search for reproducible new diazole-based synthons for the designed synthesis of new functional materials. Particular attention is paid to the contribution of the second nitrogen atom on the diazole ring, which participates in structure-directing hydrogen bonding interactions, or acts as a synthetic handle to easily append further functionality to the ligand system. The design of the ligands is separated into two primary categories, representing the different approaches adopted for the synthesis of the metallosupramolecular architectures. The combination of 1H-pyrazole and carboxylic acid functionality in mixed-ligand assemblies was investigated with the combination of bis-pyrazole and bis-carboxylic acid ligands, and with the preparation of ligands containing both functional groups. This approach was extended to the related heterocyclic species indazole, with all five possible isomers of indazole-carboxylic acid synthesised and used in coordination chemistry for the first time. The 1H-diazole-carboxylate synthon was employed in the synthesis of fourteen coordination polymers and three discrete assemblies. Heteroaryl substitution at the 1-position of pyrazole or indazole compounds was employed to generate chelating ligands containing pyridine or benzimidazole functionality, which were used to form nineteen discrete complexes, including dinuclear helicates and metallocycles, and five coordination polymers. The effect of flexibility and distance between coordination sites in bis-bidentate ligand systems was examined, in conjunction with studies into the effect of steric bulk and variation of the electronic nature of the coordinating groups. While this study is primarily concerned with the solid-state structural chemistry of 1,2-diazole coordination compounds, attention is paid where appropriate to solution-based measurements such as NMR and UV/Visible studies, and the pertinent behaviour of functional materials, such as thermogravimetric analysis for solvated species and gas uptake studies for stable void-containing materials.
