Целью работы является разработка нового механизма ценообразования на деревообрабатывающих предприятиях. В основе механизма – расчет и дальнейший учет в процессе ценообразования коэффициента отходов, характеризующего объем отходов на лесопильном производстве в зависимости от таких параметров конечной продукции, как толщина и ширина пиломатериала. Разработанный механизм ценообразования позволяет более точно определить себестоимость продукции, формировать выгодные предложения контрагентам и концентрировать усилия менеджеров по продажам на наиболее рентабельных позициях ассортимента. / The aim of the work is to develop a new pricing mechanism at woodworking enterprises. The mechanism is based on the calculation and further accounting in the pricing process of the waste coefficient, which characterizes the volume of waste in the sawmill, depending on such parameters of the final product as the thickness and width of lumber. The developed pricing mechanism makes it possible to more accurately determine the cost of production, form favorable offers to counterparties and concentrate the efforts of sales managers on the most profitable positions of the assortment.

參數模型與取樣差異於退休金財務評價之研究 / Parametric Statistical Model and Selection Bias in Pension Valuation : The Case of Taiwan Public Employees Retirement System

Due to uncertainty of the plan’s turnover, the service table plays an important role in actuarial valuation and cash flow projection. In this study, Taiwan public employees retirement system is studied to monitor the solvency issue due to bias in selecting the service tables. Tai-PERS is designed to provide retirement and ancillary benefits to 271,215 government employees. Its financial soundness is especially vital to the government annual balance. The plan contribution and projected cash flows of Tai-PERS are investigated using various sampling results. The distribution of the new entrants is assumed to follow the mixture model to describe the recruiting results. Then dynamic simulations under the open group assumption are performed to predict the future fund assets and cash flows. The results show significant differences in employing various service tables. Hence selecting proper demographic assumptions is particular important in pension valuation. Under our approach, the workforce of Tai-PERS is aging given the current plan population. Based on the given scenario, the projected plan assets increase and then decrease to be insolvent in 2032. Some interesting results are also discussed.

Variants of investments are assessed by the average cost, modified pay-back period and modified the discounted pay-back period. In a further evaluation of options is determined the tax savings of each option and its impact on the total cost of investment. On the basis of all methods and procedures are selected one variant of the investment. Finally, evaluate the sustainability of the investment options selected in the operational phase.

The thesis is e.g. about theoretical and practical budgeting of building object, real estate evaluation and implementing costs of concrete object. The main aim of this thesis is compilation of price concrete object with the help of budget and valuation by methods for real estate evaluation. In this thesis is done the valuation of object in the actual price level and in the price level of 1976. The price and the material development is illustrated between these ages, too. The real operating costs of object and their development and comparing with average wages are illustrated since 1980 until today.

Kaprová (2019): Revealed preferences for outdoor recreation in natural areas - Czech and European perspective Abstract of the Doctoral Dissertation The dissertation thesis focuses on the investigation and synthesis of recreation welfare benefits associated with natural areas in the Czech Republic and in Europe. The dissertation thesis consists of five case studies. These represent various geographic levels of analysis: the level of one single recreation locality, the national level that takes into account large natural recreation sites in the Czech Republic (including protected areas), and a synthesis of results of studies on the European level. The methodological approach is based on the theory of environmental economics and employs non-market valuation techniques based on methods of revealed preferences, namely the hedonic pricing method and two types of travel cost modelling. In Study I, we examine how the presence and characteristics of urban greenery affect property prices in Prague. The results confirm that proximity to greenery and its area are important determinants of housing prices in Prague, which means that residents realize the positive values provided by urban greenery, including recreational ecosystem service.
