A utilização de softwares no setor florestal não é uma novidade, porém pouco se tem na literatura sobre a utilização desses sistemas no transporte interno (insumos e suporte) dessas empresas. Além disso, dado o aumento crescente da necessidade de se ter a rastreabilidade das informações utilizadas na geração de pagamentos das empresas prestadoras de serviço, aumentam-se as exigências em auditorias de conformidade e Compliance. Há, portanto, grande demanda por sistemas que automatizem este processo, trazendo ao sistema de pagamento maior confiabilidade e rastreabilidade das informações. O principal objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar a eficiência e eficácia da utilização de software logístico no transporte interno, SigLog, de empresa produtora de carvão vegetal, e propor melhorias para o sistema. Por se tratar de um trabalho de estudo de caso, as ferramentas utilizadas foram entrevistas com usuários do sistema, através da utilização de perguntas de investigação focadas nas variáveis de interesse, sendo as respostas analisadas conforme critérios pré-determinados. Além disso, foi feita uma análise crítica dos relatórios de custos gerados pelo SigLog, Com base nas entrevistas e análise dos dados, há grande potencial de utilização do sistema na gestão da logística de transporte de materiais e pessoas nas empresas florestais. Há, porém, necessidade de período de transição de forma consolidada, a fim de evitar problemas relacionados ao entendimento e conscientização dos usuários. Além disso, a necessidade de melhor planejamento tático das atividades facilita o sistema de gestão dos recursos. Com base na análise dos relatórios de custos gerados no primeiro mês de utilização do sistema, percebeu-se redução do valor pago por tipo de transporte, podendo ser devido à implantação do sistema de solicitação formal de serviço, o que inibe solicitações desnecessárias, porém os custos devem continuar sendo analisados para garantir que as reduções são devidas à implantação do sistema. / Transport in the forest area is practically all carried out on wheels and not only the transport of the final product (in natura wood, coal, cellulose, panels, among others), but all the movement of the necessary inputs for forest production, which are the focus of this work. The use of software in the forestry sector is not new, but there is little literature on the use of these systems in the internal transport (inputs and support) of these companies. In addition, given the increasing need to track the information used to generate payments from service providers, the demands on compliance audits are increasing. There is, therefore, a great demand for systems that automate this process, bringing to the payment system greater reliability and traceability of the information. The main objective of this work was to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of logistic software in internal transportation, SigLog, in a company that produces charcoal and proposes improvements in the system. As it’s a case study, the tools used were interviews with users of the system, through the use of research questions focused on the variables of interest and the answers were analyzed according to predetermined criteria. In addition, a critical analysis of the cost reports generated by SigLog has been carried out. Based on interviews and data analysis, there is a great potential for the use of the system in managing the logistics of transporting materials and people in forestry companies. However, a transition period is needed on a consolidated basis in order to avoid problems related to the understanding and awareness of users. In addition, the need for better tactical activity planning facilitates the resource management system.
