A colaboração diz respeito ao trabalho conjunto em alguma atividade de interesse das pessoas. No entanto, não é suficiente declarar que para colaborar, é necessário apenas o trabalho ou a criação conjunta. Através de uma perspectiva dos ecossistemas criativos, identificou-se o surgimento de um fenômeno na cidade de Porto Alegre. São as Casas Colaborativas que recebem uma diversidade de pessoas interessadas no desenvolvimento da inovação social. Por meio de um percurso de projeto colaborativo, esta pesquisa elaborou o sentido da colaboração junto com a rede das Casas Colaborativas. Sendo assim, além do trabalho conjunto, para colaborar são necessárias relações do tipo compartilhamento de saber, troca de linguagem e afecção. Como estratégia metodológica, a pesquisa-ação foi adotada para avançar nas construções. O envolvimento com os sujeitos nessa pesquisa foi essencial para que se atingissem os objetivos previstos. Como resultados observa-se que o processo colaborativo é dinâmico, aberto e depende da diversidade do coletivo para se constituir, sendo impossível reconhecer seu início ou o fim. Outro resultado foi ter reconhecido que o design estratégico incorpora a afecção em seus processos de projeto; a metaprojetação foi orientada pelas vontades dos sujeitos do projeto colaborativo; o desenho do processo colaborativo deve habilitar a projetação em rede, para ampliar os efeitos da inovação social. Tais resultados podem ser incorporados como insumos para trabalhos que lidam com aspectos relacionados à colaboração. / The process of the collaboration reserves important particularities that promote its practice. Collaboration refers to working together in some activity of interest to people. However, it is not enough to declare that to collaborate, only work or joint creation is necessary. Through a perspective of the creative ecosystems, the emergence of a phenomenon in the city of Porto Alegre was identified. They are the Collaborative Houses that receive a diversity of people interested in the development of social innovation. Through a collaborative project process, this research elaborated the meaning of the collaboration together with the Collaborative Houses network. Therefore, in addition to working together, relationships of the type of sharing of knowledge, exchange of language and affection are necessary to collaborate. As a methodological strategy, action research was adopted to advance the constructions. The involvement with the subjects in this research was essential for achieving the objectives. As results it is observed that the collaborative process is dynamic, open and depends on the diversity of the collective to be constituted, and it is impossible to recognize its beginning or the end. Another result was to have recognized that the strategic design incorporates the affection in its design processes; the metadesign was guided by the wills of the subjects of the collaborative project; the drawing of the collaborative process should enable network design to amplify the effects of social innovation. These results can be incorporated as inputs for works that deal with aspects related to collaboration.
