11	Polyfunkční dům, Jihlava / Office and apartments building, Jihlava Plavec, Kamil January 2013 (has links) Proposed office and apartment building is situated in the north-west area of the city of Jihlava. Office and apartment building is designed as four-storey detached house, flat roof with a single casing. There are three shops and common area in the 1st floor. In the second floor there are situated 4 apartments consisting of two rooms and a house cellar in the centre of the house. The third floor is of the same pattern as the second one. In the fourth floor there are 4 apartments consisting either of one room or three rooms and a house cellar in the centre of the house as well. The total number of the apartments is 12. The house is made of building system VELOX.
12	Culture centre Björkhagen Pettersson, Ida January 2022 (has links) The thesis project Culture centre Björkhagen investigates how to rebuild and make additions to an unused central heating building in Björkhagen and transform it into a new culture centre. During recent years the area has been under great expansion with new residential buildings and many new inhabitants. Even if this has been carefully planned and executed by Stockholm municipality, no new public places where people can meet has been planned or built. By re-building this unused central heating building into a new public space, the new and old inhabitants get a place to meet. This characteristic small industrial building gets saved and by re-building instead of building new, the ecological footprint is hugely reduced. To help the new program I am adding a series of objects and make small adjustments to the building structure so that it can function as a public space. Doing much by doing little. 13	Teplonosné látky tepelných soustav / Of heat transfer fluid of heat systems Ženožička, Filip January 2018 (has links) The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of heating and hot water in the administrative building in Zlin on Jižní Svahy. The building has five floors above ground and one underground floor. There are designed two variants of heat source for heating and hot water (transfer sta-tions and gas boiler). Part A solves water quality in heating systems. Part B deals with design of the heating system, hot water heating, insurance and facility expansion, technical report and drawings heating in the building. The last part C is the experimental measurement of the quality of heating water in the CZT systems.
14	Sportovně relaxační centrum / Sports and relaxation center Bárta, Hynek January 2013 (has links) The purpose of the new building is the construction of sports and relaxation center in Jihlava in the Vysocina. The building will serve as a sports and leisure center also contains the 1st floor squash courts, relaxation area with jacuzzi, sauna and massage. In the 2nd floor will be located with aerobic fitness, office manager, a children's playground and a bar with seating. The building consists of two floors and a basement. External walls are lined with masonry elements of Heluz Family tl. 300 mm 3 square inches with excellent thermal insulation properties, the internal load-bearing walls of thick STI Heluz system. 300mm. The building can escape three unprotected pathways into the open towards the northwest and south. The building is situated in a slightly sloping terrain. From the main road to get to the building access road to the 1st floor. The overall height of the first floor is 4.00 m, the second floor is 4m and also underground floor is 3.40 m The building consists of three wings in the longitudinal structural system. The building has three floors: a basement and two floors. The roof is flat, single-layer, above the squash courts is inclined with an inclination of 6 degrees. The ground plan is mass divided into 3 wings on 1st floor with main entrance and staircase connecting all the floors in the middle of disposition. Ground object is longitudinally divided into differently sized parts of the corridor, which on each side of the staircase joining the center of the building. Check the plot is solved its own parking with direct entrance from the road.

Multifunctional building is designed as a detached house with a flat roof. The object has four above-ground floors with no basement. In the object there are twelve flats and three shops altogether. The object is made of building system Porotherm.
16	Polyfunkční dům / Polyfunctional Building Holub, Ondřej January 2014 (has links) Diploma Thesis „Polyfunctional building“. The work deals implementation project of polyfunctional building in Jihlava. Object is situated on Jihlava suburb in emerging part called „Horní Kosov“. Land is gently sloping from west to east. It continues for Buková street. The building has six floors and a basement. The basement is made from monolithic reinforced concrete. It is used as garages. Floors are made of ceramic bricks with isolation . First floor contains four commercial premises and main entry for housing part. Seventeen flats are situated from second to sixth floor. Sizes of apartments are 1+kitchen corner to 4+kitchen corner with terraces and balcony. Roofing is solved with simple flat roof. Heating will be ensured with central heating. Every apartment, commercial premises, shared premises are going to have it’s own gas boiler. Polyfunctional building is connected on a local road – Buková street, which is connected to new communication. Within multifunctional building twenty parking slots is designed at the basement. Next fourteen parking slots is designed outside.
