El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo implementar una empresa de reciclaje Ama Quella Recicla que operara en la Entidad Penitenciaria Lurigancho, esto contribuye en la reinserción social de los reclusos, que obtengan ingresos económicos y el beneficio penitenciario del 2x1 en la reducción de su condena. El reciclaje es una gran oportunidad de negocio, y el operar con un taller dentro de la E.P . permite que se pueda subsidiar un gran porcentaje del costo operativo. Es importante mencionar que se sustenta con la Ley N° 30506 de Cárceles Productivas, lo cual permite a las empresas poder operar dentro de la E.P y replicar el modelo de negocio en otros penales. El proceso inicia con la recolección de los residuos sólidos (plástico) que serán provistos por los propios reclusos de cualquiera de los pabellones, los cuales por ello tendrán una retribución económica, al igual que los reclusos que trabajen en el taller, los cuales se encargarán de acopiar, disgregar, el proceso de trituración o compactado del plástico (mecanizado) y su empaquetado para su comercialización. Los indicadores financieros resaltantes son: inversión S/ 31,701, VANE S/ 25,305, TIR 41.74% y la recuperación de la inversión se realizará en 2 años. Concluimos que el emprendimiento es viable por los indicadores financieros mencionados y analizados, además del aporte a la sociedad y al cuidado del medio ambiente y fomentando el reciclaje a través del aprendizaje, a identificar una oportunidad de negocio que permitirá el desarrollo de ellos y de sus familias. / This research work has the objective of implementing a recycle company called Ama Quella Recycle that would operate in the Penitentiary Entity of Lurigancho, this would contribute to the social integration of the prisoners, their economic income and the penitentiary benefit of the 2x1 for the reduction of their sentence. Recycling is a great opportunity for business and operating it inside the Penitentiary will allow subsiding a large percentage of operating cost. It is important to mention that it is supported by the law N° 30506 of productive prisons, which allows companies to operate inside the Penitentiary and replicate the model of this business in other prisons. The process would begin with the recollection of solid (plastic) residue that the prisoners would give from any of the pavilions, which therefore they will have an economic retribution while at the same time working in the workshop by collecting, loosening, shredding or compacting the plastic and packing it for their marketing. The financial indicators are: Investment S/ 31,701, VANE S/ 25,305, TIR 41.74% and the investment recovery would be in two years. We conclude that the entrepreneurship is viable by the financial indicators mentioned and analyzed, in addition to the social contribution and caring for the environment as well as promoting recycling through learning to identify a business opportunity that will allow the development of the prisoners and their families. / Trabajo de investigación
