Smurtas šeimoje yra viena didžiausių, sunkiai įsprendžiamų problemų visame pasaulyje. Dažniausiai pasitaikančios smurto formos yra fizinis, seksualinis, psichologinis ir ekonominis smurtas. Įstatymai nėra palankus, kovai su smurtu prieš moteris, trūksta pagalbos centrų smurto aukoms, trūksta šios srities specialistų. Vis plačiau yra kalbama apie vyrų ir moterų vaidmenys visuomenėje ir šeimoje bei problemos turi būti vertinamos lygiareikšmiškai. Moterų laisvės ir lygybės principų įgyvendinimas pirmiausiai turi remtis smurto prieš moterį sumažinimu. / Violence in the family is one of the bigest, difficult to solve problem's in all over the world. Very often happens physical, sexual, psychological and economic violence forms. Laws are not benevolent to fight the violence against the women, there are not enought of help centers for the victims of the violence, missing specialists of this area. There are wide talking about the equal rights for men and women. Men and women parts in society and family and there problems must be estimated equivalent. First of all the realization of women liberty and equivalent principles must be based on the violence against the woman.

Theme of my diploma paper: {\clqq}Anylysis of components of landscape charakter and the possibilities of their protection``. The theme is solve on suburban zone {\clqq}Zdíkov``. Zdíkov is in the south of Czech Republic, near Vimperk. The drift of this diploma paper is appreciation state of zone Zdíkov and put forward possibilities how stabilize balance between exploitation and protection of landscape and natural source.

The diploma thesis shows the work of Erich Fromm through the context of one of his major sources of inspiration - Sigmund Freud and the psychoanalytic theory. The thesis is thus focued on those aspects of Fromm`s thinking which origintae in Freud, works with them and tries to create a new unit. There is also an effort to use Fromm`s psychoanalytic ideas as a critial viewpoint of today`s world.

Title of project: Temperament Of Czech And German Flat Water Canoeist. Aims: The aim of this thesis is to identify character traits (temperament) in Czech and German kayakers. Methods of work: To determine the results of quantitative research was used, in the form of a standardized questionnaire Eyseneckova temperament characteristics, which we translate German probands separately. The evaluation was performed by adding three (score N, E, L) of the five dimensions and the results brought into the graph, where the quadrants are marked with the temperament traits. Results: The most common type of German temperament is sanguine competitors, extrovert with low neuroticism score, so emotionally stable. The Czech competitors no single prevailing temperament type. This thesis is aimed to the particular case, which is mostly called as "The case of Rath" or ,,The David Rath's case". This thesis follows the development of this case in Czech media, especially on social networks, which are increasingly being used for the expression of the general mood in society. The work deals with not only the content but also the formal aspect of the individual contributions from (mostly anonymous) Internet users.. In the introduction we research so called ,,folk creativity", development and possible forms of it, and we also deal with the concept of humour and relation of this phenomenon with the Czech national character. For understanding of the context we include also a brief summary of the case and its reflection in the Czech media. The main part of the thesis is the interpretation and analysis of the online contributions, which respond to the case. Specific creations (listed in the annex to this work) will be examined from the point of view of the relationship of text and image, from the point of view of the topic and processing (in particular in the form of comparison), and last but not least, in terms of the use of language resources, which the authors of contributions used for the achievement of the hyperbolic nature. In his article What is it like to be a bat? Thomas Nagel defines consciousness by subjective character of experience. An organism is conscious if there is something that it is like to be that organism. Science describes the world objectively, from the third person perspective. That is the reason why it fails to cope with consciousness - it misses the subjective character of experience. In spite of that, Nagel proposes a new method for studying subjectivity of consciousness, which he calls "objective phenomenology". In my thesis, I want to find out if Daniel Dennett's heterophenomenology is or could be that method. Key words: Nagel, Dennett, consciousness, subjective character of experience, heterophenomenology.
