A Cultura da ProduÃÃo CientÃfica e os Efeitos da AvaliaÃÃo Capes em um Programa de PÃs-GraduaÃÃo em EducaÃÃo / The Culture of Scientific Production and Assessment of Effects Capes in a Program of Graduate Studies in Education

nÃo hà / O presente trabalho analisa a produÃÃo cientÃfica de um programa de pÃs-graduaÃÃo em EducaÃÃo do nordeste do Brasil. O objetivo do trabalho, construÃdo mediante observaÃÃo participante, levantamento de dados estatÃsticos e revisÃo bibliogrÃfica, à estabelecer relaÃÃes entre o contexto institucional onde se desenvolve essa produÃÃo cientÃfica e os seus resultados. Uma das suas principais hipÃteses à que a cultura do programa de pÃs-graduaÃÃo em estudo, aquela construÃda localmente em funÃÃo da correlaÃÃo de forÃa entre indivÃduos e grupos locais, interfere sobre a produÃÃo cientÃfica dos seus participantes, professores e alunos, mais do que as diretrizes gerais da CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeiÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior (CAPES), agÃncia que controla o sistema de PÃs-GraduaÃÃo no paÃs. Foi escolhido um programa de pÃsgraduaÃÃo como lÃcus da pesquisa para, a partir da observaÃÃo, conseguirmos chegar a hipÃteses sobre a produÃÃo bibliogrÃfica e a cultura que se estabelece em determinados contextos educacionais. Como suporte teÃrico utilizaremos a formaÃÃo do campo cientÃfico, presente na sÃcio-antropologia de Pierre Bourdieu (1989; 2013), a formaÃÃo desse campo no Brasil, atravÃs de Schwartzman (2008) e Durham (1998; 2005) e o fazer cientÃfico na periferia, de Bernadete Beserra (2014). / The present work analyzes the scientific production of a graduztion program in education of northeastern Brazil. The objective of this work built though participant observation, statistical data collection and literature review, is to establish relations between the institutional context where this scientific production and its results. One of its main hypothesis is that the culture of the graduate program in study, that built locally depending on the correlation of forces between individual and local groups, interferes in the scientific production of its participants, teachers and students, more than the General guidelines of the CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeiÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior (CAPES), agency that controls the system of postgraduate education program in the country. It was chosen a postgraduate as locus of research for, from observation, we can come up with hypothesis abou bibliographical production and culture established in some educational contexts. As theoricalsupportwe will use the formation of the scientific field, present in socio-anthropology of Pierre Bordieu (1989; 2013), the formation of this field in Brazil, through Schartzman (2008) and Durham (1998; 2005) and the scientific making, by BernadeteBeserra (2014).
