Qualitat de la dieta en jugadors de bàsquet amateurs a la ciutat de Barcelona

Els hàbits alimentaris d’una població constitueixen un factor determinant del seu estat de salut i uns mals hàbits alimentaris es relacionen amb nombroses malalties d’elevada prevalença i mortalitat. L’objectiu d’aquesta tesi doctoral és avaluar la qualitat de la dieta, hàbits alimentaris i composició corporal d’un grup de jugadors/es de bàsquet amateurs, d’entre 18 i 29 anys, a la ciutat de Barcelona a partir del recordatoris de 24 hores de tres dies no consecutius, els qüestionaris de freqüència de consum i el recull de les mesures antropomètriques. El 16.9% presentava sobrepès i el 1.3% obesitat. El 53.4% tenien una bona adherència a la Dieta mediterrània i la l dieta del 84.8% tenien una bona capacitat antioxidant. El 56.8%, el 23.9% i el 67.2% feien una bona hidratació abans, durant i desprès de l’entrenament, respectivament. / The eating habits of a population are a determinant of health status and a poor dietary habits are related to many diseases of high prevalence and mortality. The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the quality of the diet, eating habits and body composition of a group of players / basketball are amateurs between 18 and 29 years, the city of Barcelona from 24 hours recall of three non-consecutive days, food frequency questionnaires and compilation of anthropometric measures. The 16.9% overweight and 1.3% were obese.
