As obras frequentemente consideradas como as mais relevantes para o estudo da filosofia kantiana são as três críticas que apresentam o rigor do pensamento filosófico e marcam uma mudança de perspectiva no pensamento moderno, apontando limites e novos horizontes para o conhecimento humano. Porém, concomitantemente ao desenvolvimento destas obras encontramos outras que também são importantes para a compreensão do projeto filosófico kantiano como um todo. Além de letras musicais, a perspectiva metodológica em geografia regional foi construída conjuntamente com a cultural, destacando-se os conceitos de regionalismo nordestino de Castro (1992), heterotopia epistemológica de Duncan (2000), sendo a convergência final objetivada pelos apontamentos de Corrêa (2008) acerca a emergência de novas regiões culturais no Brasil. Presumindo a Região Metropolitana do Recife (RMR) enquanto a região cultural do movimento Manguebit na década de 1990, foi tendo Pernambuco nos pés e a mente na imensidão, como cantou Chico Science, que Recife foi projetado enquanto a urbe de uma das mais inovadoras cenas culturais mundiais do final do século XX / The influence of the cultural scene known as Manguebit movement in popular culture in the Northeast is the object of this research study, and through research methods in geography, specifically regional and cultural approaches, the subsidy for the construction of the scientific concept of the cultural region of the movement itself.
