As climate changes, everything changes

Theoretical and Applied Climatology (TAAC) has recently undergone a few changes. These include the editorial management system SNAPP (https://www.springernature.com/gp/snapp) and an enlarged Editorial Board (https://www.springer.com/journal/704). As the new managing editor, I would like to address these changes and set them in perspective to the developments in climate research and in the related publishing sector.
