In addition, we will portray a counting technique that enables you to develop the polynomial content along with combinatorial analysis. This counting technique, called generating function, originated through the work Moivre and Euler whose intended purpose was to solve recurrent problems related to the partitions of an entire. / O foco principal deste trabalho é apresentar uma extensão do coeficiente binomial denominada coeficiente trinomial, pois o mesmo descreve características similares ao coeficiente binomial. Além disso, iremos retratar uma técnica de contagem que possibilita desenvolver o conteúdo de polinômio juntamente com Análise combinatória. Esta técnica de contagem, denominada função geradora, originou-se por meio dos trabalhos de Moivre e Euler cujo objetivo pretendido era resolver sucessões recorrentes e problemas relacionados a partições de um inteiro.
