We used the methodology of oral history (collection six oral testimony) combined with the analysis of documentary sources (the political-pedagogical project and the school regulations), as well as a literature review on school management. Thus, there was an analysis of the context of reconstruction of the College Cologne Dutch from the arrival of Dutch immigrants in Arapoti in the early 1960s, seeking to identify the factors contributing to output the same to their homeland and coming to the Brazil; identify the design of school education, and analyze the role of managers in the identity construction of the same. To achieve these objectives, the research was structured and organized with theoretical and methodological framework of Oral History Goldenberg (2002) and Alberti (2004), using as a theoretical Hall (2002) and Pollak (1992) and about the school management Libâneo (2004) and Paro (2000). Due to difficulties in finding documents, there was emphasis on testimonials because through the memory of the interviewees, we seek to reconstruct the history of education of these immigrants in Arapoti-PR. However, despite the efforts, we know that this story will always remain unfinished. Thus, the developed research sought to contribute to the expansion of knowledge in the field of History of Brazilian Education, through a local crop, the education of Dutch immigrants in Arapoti-PR. / O objetivo desta pesquisa consiste em investigar o processo histórico de reconstrução do Colégio Colônia Holandesa em Arapoti-PR, no período que abrange desde a chegada desses imigrantes em Arapoti, em 1960, até 2013. Utilizou-se a metodologia da História oral (coleta de seis depoimentos orais) combinada com a análise das fontes documentais ( o projeto político pedagógico e o regimento da escola), bem como uma revisão bibliográfica sobre gestão escolar. Dessa forma, realizou-se uma análise do contexto de reconstruction do Colégio Colônia Holandesa a partir da chegada dos imigrantes holandeses em Arapoti no início da década de 1960, buscando identificar os fatores que contribuíram para a saída dos mesmos de sua pátria e a vinda para o Brasil; identificar a concepção de educação da escola, e analisar o papel dos gestores na construção identitária da mesma. Para alcançar esses objetivos, a pesquisa foi, estruturada e organizada tendo como referencial teórico-metodológico da História Oral Goldenberg(2002) e Alberti(2004), utilizando como referencial teórico Hall(2002) e Pollak(1992) e acerca da gestão escolar Libâneo(2004) e Paro(2000). Devido às dificuldades para a localização de documentos, deu-se destaque aos depoimentos, pois por meio da memória dos depoentes, buscamos reconstruir a história da educação desses imigrantes em Arapoti-PR. Entretanto, apesar dos esforços, sabemos que essa história sempre permanecerá inacabada. Sendo assim, a pesquisa desenvolvida buscou contribuir para a ampliação do conhecimento na área da História da Educação Brasileira, por meio de um recorte local, a educação dos imigrantes holandeses em Arapoti-PR.
