Gemenskap till Sjöss : En kvalitativ undersökning om gemenskap ombord på fyra olika fartygtyper.

Fartygsbranschen har förändrats sedan slutet av 70-talet, så även sättet att arbeta ombord. Gemenskapen ombord har förändrats eftersom besättningsantalet överlag har minskat och att det idag är vanligt med arbetskollegor av annan nationalitet och kultur än sin egen. Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka hur sjömän idag upplever att gemenskapen fungerar ombord. I denna undersökning har deltagande observationer och intervjuer legat till grund för att erhålla helhetsbild av hur gemenskapen fungerar ombord på olika fartyg. Resultatet visar bland annat att gemensamma aktiviteter och befälhavarens attityd har en betydande roll för gemenskapen ombord. / The shipping industry has changed since the late 1970s, working life on board the ship has also been in a continual state of flux due to the reduced numbers of ratings employed onboard and the numbers of different nationalities and cultures present. The purpose with this study, to see how lives on board each vessel are. In this study the authors have used both observation and interview methodology to obtain a perspective of how life on board each vessel types was experienced. Results which affect a positive experience of the life on board include: the importance of common activities and the master's attitude.

Šiame darbe pateikiami Šiaulių miesto gamybinių, prekybinių-paslaugų teikimo ir švietimo įstaigų darbuotojų (n=219) komandinio darbo motyvacijos tyrimo rezultatai. Remiantis abipusio determinizmo požiūriu darbuotojų nuostatos jų dalyvavimo bendroje veikloje klausimais operacionalizuojamos darbo motyvacijos teorijų teiginių pagrindu, kaip instrumentarijų panaudojant modifikuotą tyrimui Ford motyvacijos įvertinimo klausimyną. Tyrimo koncepcija paremta santykiniu darbo pasirinkimo ir darbuotojų grupinės veiklos motyvacijos vertinimu per teorinę poreikių tenkinimo skalę bei komandinio darbo motyvacijos struktūros ir kryptingumo identifikaciją būties ir bazinių motyvų aspektu per komandinio darbo brandumą. Tyrimo rezultatai tenkina pakankamą statistinio patikimumo ribą. Interpretuojant gautus duomenis, pateikiamos išvados ir praktinės rekomendacijos. Tikimės, kad šio tyrimo rezultatai turės praktinės naudos gamybinių, prekybinių-paslaugų teikimo bei švietimo įstaigų vadybos praktikams ir teoretikams. Šis tyrimas negali būti vertinamas vien tik kaip jo autoriaus darbo rezultatas. Esame dėkingi toms gamybinio bei prekybinio-paslaugų teikimo profilio įmonėms bei bendrojo lavinimo mokykloms ir jų kolektyvams dalyvavusiems tyrime, kitoms organizacijoms ir privatiems asmenims, leidusiems pasinaudoti savo technologiniais resursais ir kitaip prisidėjusiems prie darbo parengimo. / Author of the work in his investigation analyses question of regional peculiarities of motivation structure and work organization ways of a team work, as the most efficient, arrangement, that is extremely urgent in the management of today’s companies and general education schools. Respondents of the investigation are 219 employees from different type companies and general education schools from Siauliai city. Aim of the investigation is to establish motivation structure and tendency of Siauliai city employees’ participation in joint activities. The basic tasks of the investigation were to establish motives of joint work of the employees, to find prevailing groups of motives, their purposefulness, to disclose interrelations between team work motivation and professional performance motivation and to work out methodical recommendations on the team work stimulation questions for the Siauliai city companies and schools. Theoretical basis of the investigation is grounded on a mutual determinism attitude and theories of basic joint work motivation. Questioning, as the basic work method, was chosen for the investigation. The instrument is made of a specifically modified questioning, based upon The FORD Motivational Assessment test. In the investigation I also applied theoretical analysis and mathematical statistics. Společné aktivity rodičů a dětí v edukačních souvislostech / Common activities of parents and children in educational context

The main goal of this disertation is to update knowledge about common activities of parents and adolescents in the context of family education (Gillern, 2009), which could help current counseling practices and expansion of knowledge about educational interactions in the family. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the knowledge of the effects of common realized interests of parents and adolescents, and to find out under what conditions and circumstances they occur. The theoretical part of this thesis consists of three chapters. First chapter deals with important adults during adolescence, the second chapter focuses on family upbringing while the third chapter deals with common activities during free time. The research part presents the results of quantitative research, supplemented by semi- structured interviews with several students. Adolescents were asked what activities they do in their free time, with whom they perform them, and how the actual implementation differs from their wishes. Current parenting styles according to the nine-field model were also examined. At the end of the work, the results of the research part are discussed and the findings of the research survey are summarized. The disertation work focuses on currently highly observed issue of intercultural cooperation. Following the change of social situation the topic has become both a practical issue and a subjekt of research study. It compares and analyzes crosscultural and intercultural approach and criticizes both approaches for supporting social stereotypes, especially thein negative aspects. It further emphasizes social psychological aspects of the issue, particularly social perception, social groups, hierarchical structure and organization of joint activities as systemproducing and meaningful source of mutual relationships. Supporting this by own research in ŠKODA AUTO it perceives such perspective as very efficient since it is based on practical experience and it also aims at practical problems.
