Atlikus įmonės vertės maksimizavimo analizę, buvo tiriama, įmonės vertės maksimizavimo svarba, kokie vertės veiksniai labiausiai įtakoja įmonės vertę, koks įmonės vertės nustatymo metodas yra tinkamiausias vertės veiksnių inkorporavimo atžvilgiu. Atsižvelgiant į atliktus tyrimus sukurtas įmonės vertės maksimizavimo modelis vertės veiksnių kontekste. / After carrying out the analysis of the company’s value maximization, the company’s value was researched and found which value drivers have most influence to the value of the company. Also it was found which method of the company’s value evaluation is most suitable in relation to the incorporation of value drivers. Taking into account the research done, the model of company’s value maximisation in the context of value drivers was created.

The master’s thesis is focused on estimation of FAGRON a.s. company value based on the revenue methods of valuation. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts and methods of valuation. Revenue methods of valuation are described in detail and subsequently, they are applied to evaluate the analysed company in the analytical part of the thesis.

The master’s thesis deals with company’s value estimation of INTEKA Brno spol. s r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis contains literary research, which focused on theory associated with the valuation of the company. The analytical part consists of company presentation, strategic and financial analysis. In the third part, based on the previous results of the analysis, the valuation method has been selected and further developed for INTEKA Brno spol. s r.o.

The thesis assesses market value of company CENTA, spol. s r.o. for strategic decision purposes. The crucial method is income-based valuation method, which is assisted by asset-based valuation method. The first part of the thesis includes strategic, financial and SWOT analysis. Afterwards particular valuation methods are applied. In conclusion statement of value as at 31.12.2006 is reported.
