This thesis deals with the valuation of the selected company by revenue valuation methods. In the first part of the thesis is defined valuation theory and these findings are then used in the analytical and practical work. In the analysis of the selected company characterized, there is a defined market in which it operates and the strategic and financial analysis. In the practical part is based on the results of analysis and business valuation using the discounted cash flow.

The thesis is dealing about order development thru manufacturing concern. By manufacturing concern was chosen a company Presiza, which is oriented on a production of building parts mainly from aluminium section. The thesis is divided to three main parts. The first part is devoted to a theoretical knowledges and is processed on the base of a special literature. The second part is dealing of a Presiza company analyse, of hers external and internal environs with a specialization on an order development thru the concern. In the last part is suggested a solution which is directed to improvement of the whole process.

The thesis analyses the current situation in the company Interconnect s.r.o and proposes a short-term and long-term suggestions in area of management, marketing, human resource management and financial management that should contribute to increase in the prosperity of this company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.

This master thesis focused to create a proposal of business plan for development of cur-rent bee farm. The work is composed of theoretical part which is concentrated on review of professional literature. The practical part including analysis of current situation in the company and proper proposal of business plan.

Planning is a very important manager work which is necessary for governing and functioning every society. The aim of this diploma paper is to analyse the system of financial plans, define planning of society, whether it is effective and reliable, describe setting short run and long run plans. For these case study was chosen a leasing company which plans on the base of accountancy of international standards, the medium {--} term plan and at that time also the contemporary plan is checked. The medium {--} term plan relates with expenses and profits. The plan is effected by the market share, environment and the market competition. The leasing company planes for three forefronts {--} cars, consumer goods and direct loans. Significant influence on the product, if it is profitable or not, has delinquency, which is the highest in the first year of the repayment. The company creates provisions for delinquent contracts. In the first phase of ratification insurance some products is necessary to be a part of the products. The Planning department and Department of Control are in charge of following forefronts of individual product. Conclude that the leasing company is in its planning and implementation successful. Profitable products of all product forefronts are the result. Cars, with their highest position in the market, are the star of the company. Nonprofitable products are cancelled and there are substituted by other products. Liquidity is not followed much because the company is owned by a multinational company.

The aim of the master thesis is to assess market value of equity of SAZKA a.s. company as at January 1, 2015. There are used three various methods for the valuation because each of them stresses different aspects of valuation theory. There is used DCF equity method, comparable company analysis and liquidation value method. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first two parts summarize general information about valuation concept and company SAZKA a.s. Then follows a strategic analysis, a financial analysis, a prognosis of main economic measures and a financial plan. In the last chapter is carried out the valuation of equity of SAZKA a.s. company.

The aim of this master thesis is to analyze the present condition of sharing economy and design a critical success factors model on a IT startups which operate as a transportation network companies. The result is finally validated on few representative businesses. The problem is solved by the modified qualitative critical success factors method whose author is John F. Rockart. The gained factors were finally used in the causal model which is based on the principles of system dynamics. The outcomes of this thesis are enabling to understand the relations which are hidden behind success of transportation network companies in the area of sharing economy. The information can be useful not only for startups but also for academic sphere and possible investors.

The object of the thesis is to determine the market value of the firm for the purpose of the future sale. At first, the strategic analysis is performed, which assesses business and competitive environment of the company, and on which basis the future sales are estimated. The financial analysis examines financial health and stability of the company. The obtained information from both analysis are a starting point for the preparation of the financial plan. In the final part of this thesis the resulting valuation of the company is the calculated together with reasons on which the calculations are based.

The diploma thesis deals with the project of repairing of the motorway section and designes the most suitable construction variant. The aim of this work is to select the most suitable variant of repair of the highway section. Consequently to propose a method for reducing possible risks. The diploma thesis contains three variants of construction of the motorway, the shortest variant 3 was selected from all. The option 3 has the lowest cost and uses resources of associated companies most effectively. For this variant was necessary to reduce the potential risks - the risk connected with the completion before the winter technological break. The method of compression and acceleration was used to eliminate the risk. The selection was made on the basis of an economic evaluation of the construction company, especially the financial situation. According to financial indicators was found that the company is in a suitable financial situation for the project to repair the highway section.

The diploma thesis deals whit possibility of establishing a tennis center in chosen locality. In the first part this diploma thesis deals whit gathering theoretic ways, in the second part than with establishing a Tennis centre itself. This part includes analysis of competition and market, potential customers and business plan. The outcome of my thesis is comprehensive project on establishing the Tennis centre.
