The thesis deals with the influence over price of one-family houses according to location in and beyond the flood zone. Simulated localities are situated in Krnov and Bruntál. The thesis analyzes the specifics of the localities and researches the possible impacts of property´s location and price.

The thesis compares the financial statements made by the Czech Accounting Standards and the International Financial Reporting Standards. With the knowledge of both of the regulations, it tries to quantify the divergence between statements of joint – stock copany and find the reason for this divergences. The analysis of the particular themes of changes and the determination of its impact is succeeding. The most significant changes in the statements were caused by the influence of different accounting of provisions, leases, longtime assets and liabilities and taxes.

The topic of the thesis is counting the capacity calculations for two and three-shift operation of the four components of jet engines, deisgn layouts of each workstation of line, compare the cost of the two and three-shift operation and recommendation of appropriate option.

Architecture is an integral part of the (not only) visual world and human existence. Its position expands between utilitarian areas and artistic functions. But what are the specific characteristics that connects it to the visual arts? Is the current architecture visually and experientially inspiring? Dissertation develops a reflection on how, by working with architectural detail to convey a modern architecture to students at schools and permanently integrate it into the education. The goal is the linking with theoretical basis of the author's individual view of the aesthetic qualities of architectural detail with intention of finding didactic bases. As a medium to approach and grasp this phenomenon is used photography, which is seen as a smooth transition between two- dimensional and three-dimensional world. At the same time, however, it works completely autonomously. The research method is based on the principle of interpretative phenomenological analysis, in which, through the interpretation of respondent's works of art and comparison of the individual artistic creation, looking for points of contact and new possibilities for art education. The diploma thesis focuses on two different sports media ČT sport and Deník Sport. Based on the broadcasting program, respectively the content of individual copies, examines two selected periods of one year. The aim is to find out the content coverage of football, volleyball and floorball sports in individual media. The data is recorded in the coding sheet according to individual sports and media. Results are sorted by content type, content length and other selected criteria. The results bringing a very strong dominance of football topics in the printed media and a high share of content on ČT sport. Volleyball and floorball are considerably limited in the press, while on television they get their space, which, however, could be higher due to the player base of the two sports.

The Prague uprising signified the end of the Second World War in Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. As the Soviet and American armies progressed through the country towards Prague and the war was apparently soon to come to an end, Czechoslovaks themselves wanted to take part in the resistance against the Nazi oppression. The uprising was also a turning point for the succesful liberation of Prague. After the Czechoslovak communist party seized power in February 1948, the way the public perceived the uprising had to be changed to fit the party's interpretation, purposely overlooking the contribution of any non-communist resistence. This ideologically suitable interpretation had to be accepted even by the main leader of the uprising. The aforementioned interpretation can still be seen in historiographic books, even those published after the Velvet Revolution. Interpretation of the same event with the targeted use of words and phrases allows for different sounds and thus influences the reader. Targeted use of historical events can achieve the long-term prevalence of rumors, the refutation of which is a necessity and the work of historians. The improvement of the gotten sources management for the social providence and their appropriated distribution in front of the social reality and the continue deficits accumulated for the providential Brazilian model force to a reflection about the social providence. The Chilean model is considered for specialists as a model that already counts as successful experience. The understanding of this model s working method could bring benefits to the Brazilian model, influenced for the bigger longevity of the individuals in front of the amplification of life expectative; for the high tributes that the Brazilian society is submitted and the low level of education of the individuals in working activity. From the study it s concluded that investments in education, revision of tribute and payment of the conceded providential benefits, would influence in a better management of the sources and more favorable results to the actual and future Brazilian society, with effect in the individuals pension that effectively contributed for the social providence. / Este estudo tem por objeto a gest?o da previd?ncia social. This diploma thesis is about real estate market comparative appraisement, statistical approach and how to use software for data gathering and processing in its practical part. Practical part also includes draft of appraising algorithm. In the end of practical part, there are check of application's output and comparison of computed prices to both real traded prices and advertisement prices.

This thesis deals with discrete wavelet transform of a two dimensional discrete signal using the CDF9/7 wavelet. It contains theoretical principles of discrete wavelet transformation, a description of the convolution and Lifting calculation principle, characteristics of the CDF9/7 wavelet, the possibilities of processing a two dimensional input signal and boundary handling. Both principles (convolution, Lifting) of the calculation of two dimensional discrete wavelet transformation have been implemented within the thesis using the CDF9/7 wavelet in the C++ and Java programming languages. Four applications have been created that way which have been described in detail and then compared with one another especially in light of the calculation speed of discrete wavelet transformation. Finally an analysis of the acquired results and an evaluation of the whole thesis has been performed.

This thesis deals with the automatization and comparison of two different strategies for the forex markets, based on the indicator, one from the tools of technical analysis, called Bollinger Bands. Both strategies are first optimized and then compared. Automatization of strategies will be implemented by? using the Meta Quotes Language for MetaTrader broker and its testing will be done on historical data. The goal with this thesis is the operational objective application of the better strategy in the environment of real market.
