Se presenta a la comunicación interna y satisfacción laboral como uno de los grandes retos de la organización, que se enfoca en mantener a los colaboradores al tanto de la información y novedades de la empresa, respondiendo competitiva y satisfactoriamente las demandas y estableciendo un clima laboral óptimo para la productividad. Asimismo, se presenta los objetivos a los que apuntan, los elementos que los componen y sus características.
