This master's thesis deals the design documentation for construction of the Hotel. The building has six floors . On the 1st floor there are entrance hall , bar , dance hall , restaurant, conference rooms and a wellness center . On the 2nd floor there are administrative offices, fitness room, children play room and three large patios . On the 3rd – 6th floors there are hotel rooms . The main support system of the building is the skeleton frame construction.

Subject of the thesis is the architecture study of multifunctional architectural object based on the principle of creating intensive urban structures. Design area is located on the riverside Svitava, in the neighborhood the street Zvonařka . The aim of the project was to design an intensive structure that will meet the combination of features in order to achieve independence from the surrounding area and shorten the walking distance. The proposal itself, the principle of porosity. This generates a set of objects fulfilling different functions, public, semi-public and private spaces - atrium terraces, green roofs and balconies. The building has nine floors above ground and two underground floors used for parking. On the first floor there is a bank and retail space, the other floors are then situated administration, library, fitness, health center and on the top two floors of living. Construction of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete frame, sits on the pilots. The facade is solved soberly with regard to function, the main expressive elements are white façade,gray facing and glazing surface of the first two floors

This paper is processed in the form of project documentation which comprises all the requisites required by current regulations. Designed house for seniors is located between the villages Lomnicka u Tišnova and Šerkovice. The building has four floors. The facility is located 42 residential units social care and facilities for the elderly. The structural system consists of reinforced concrete frame and masonry infill ceramic blocks. The entire building is equipped with a contact system. The roof structure consists of lattice trusses and metal roofing.

Theme of diploma thesiss is a Sport hotel on the Vltava riverbank. The thesis is concerned with a proposal of multifunctional building - hotel with restaurant and sports center. Proposal includes outdoor playground. Ther are a restaurant, sports center and changing rooms in the first floor. The building is located on the Vltava riverbank and all hotel rooms have a view on the river. Hotel rooms are located in the second and third floors. There is an access to the terrace on the second floor with view of the entire area. The whole building is wheelchair accessible.The building is placed on the footing. The structural system si consists of a reinforced skeleton. The roof of the building is flat.

The aim of the thesis is the design of project documentation of the new-building of library including road and technical infrastructure. Project is concerned with urbanistic, architectonic and construction-technical design of the building. The main assignment of the building is information and education activities. Object the library provides a comprehensive library and bibliographic services for scientific-pedagogical employees and students of the Brno University of Technology, other universities and other specialistic public. It is a detached building situated in the cadastral area Veveří close to the area of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Brno University of Technology. Object has 3 above ground floors containing the reading rooms, the study rooms, area of the cafe and also allow storage of the book stock. Bearing structure of the building is formed by a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton mounted on the base plate. Facade of the building is in front of the bearing structure, is ventilated and outer surface is formed by laminate cladding panels. Roofing of the object is flat vegetation roof with planting of extensive vegetation.

The aim of the project is student housing in Brno, which is in the administrative area of Pole.The building has four floors above ground and it is mounted on slightly sloping land. The main entrance is a follow-up to the entrance hall, where is the reception with twostaircases, which are on north side. There is the technical part of the building on the first side, lodging for 2 personswith reduced mobility, studyroom , game room and grillbar. The remaining three floors are designed as a cellular system of accommodation for university students. Every unit of them is designed for four students. The every unit of them has a hall, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Total capacity is 98 students. The bearing system of the building is monolithic concrete skeleton with filler external walls, which are made of aerated concrete blocks. The building is coveredby flat single roof. The cladding is designed as a contact insulation system ETICS.

The thesis deals with the preparation of plans for a new Center of Culture and Education complex located in the town of Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The complex being designed is composed of two interconnected parts. Library, educational center, café and technical facilities are located in the main part of the building. The main part has three floors and a partial basement. The structure consists of reinforced concrete frame with ceilings formed by point-supported slab. The building is covered with warm flat roof. The second part of the building is a one-floor multipurpose hall with facilities. Load-bearing structure of the roof consists of glue laminated girders supported by columns. The facade is partly designed as a ventilated cladding with cement-bonded particle board, partly as a contact thermal insulation system.

The subject of this thesis is the solution of building technology project poly-functional complex with a focus on execution of construction. Gross building is designed reinforced concrete skeleton combined with masonry. Technology will be developed Code for reinforced concrete monolithic frame and masonry. On the techno-logical stage it will be processed inspection and test plan and the balance of the major sources for the implementation of reinforced concrete structures 1.NP. The aim of the project is a new construction of an equestrian center in the cadastral area Kuřim, South Moravian Region. It is designed for the public. The building has two aboveground floors. In the object there is stable, a riding hall with handy storages that are separate from the public. Another part is divided into facilities for riders, restaurant and accommodation. The second floor has a café, shop and offices. The hall is designed as a reinforced concrete frame, the other parts of the brick system Porotherm. The roof is pitched. The cladding is designed as a ventilated facade.

The topic of this thesis is the processing documentation of a fitness center with another establishment of wellness and coffehouse. Building is situated on a sloping terrain in Odry. It's a public services. The building has two above-ground floors and one basement. The loadbearing structure is of cast-in-place concrete frame. The building is insulated by contact insulating system ETICS. Roofing is of flat roof. On the land is designed park with 15 spaces directly accessible from the driveway.
