A seleção e o recorte desse objeto foram motivados pela constatação da grande disseminação de práticas alternativas de gestão de conflitos ocorrida no Brasil nos últimos anos. E o questionamento quanto aos efeitos dessa disseminação no processo de mudança do Campo, por sua vez, orientou os rumos da pesquisa. Nesse sentido, este trabalho tem como objetivos: (i) Caracterizar o Campo de gestão de conflitos no Brasil, incluindo a identificação das práticas alternativas nele existentes e sua relação com as práticas tradicionais; (ii) Analisar a interação entre os atores presentes no Campo, compreendendo a dinâmica das lutas e de cooperação existentes; (iii) Investigar influências de outros Campos na dinâmica do Campo em questão; (iv) e, por fim, a partir das análises anteriores, examinar o processo de mudança no Campo de gestão de conflitos no Brasil e sua relação com a de Reforma da Justiça no país. Os conceitos de Campo e de Habitus de Bourdieu figuram dentre os elementos que dão base à perspectiva teórica desse estudo. A abordagem de análise de redes sociais, por sua vez, ampara metodologicamente o exame do processo de interação entre atores no interior do Campo. Os achados de pesquisa conduzem a conclusões importantes, dentre as quais se destacam: (i) O ingresso das práticas alternativas no Brasil trouxe significativas mudanças para o Campo de gestão de conflitos interpessoais. Essas mudanças dizem respeito à introdução de novos atores no Campo, o que alterou a dinâmica de poder anteriormente estabelecida; (ii) O poder Executivo Federal é protagonista na disseminação das práticas alternativas no país. E tanto sua presença como a ampliação de sua atuação no Campo são legitimadas pelo discurso das práticas alternativas; (iii) A ideologia das práticas alternativas já está amplamente disseminada no Campo de gestão de conflitos, mas esta disseminação restringe-se à esfera discursiva: a implementação das práticas designadas como alternativas ainda reproduz características próprias de uma perspectiva tradicional de gestão de conflitos. (iv) E, finalmente, o estudo permite concluir que - diferentemente do observado no contexto internacional - as mudanças do Campo de gestão de conflitos no Brasil receberam influência de dinâmicas próprias de outros Campos, notadamente do Campo Político e do Campo da Segurança Pública. _______________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This thesis analyzes the restructuration process that has recently impacted the Field of interpersonal conflicts management in Brazil. The selection of this research object was motivated by the identification of a huge dissemination of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practices in Brazil, inthe last years. And the question about the effects of this dissemination in the Field examined here has guided the investigation developed in this study. In this sense, this work has as its main objectives: (i) To characterize the Field of conflicts management in Brazil, including the identification of ADR practices existent on it, as well as its relation with traditional practices; (ii) To analyze the interaction among actors present in the Field, with focus on the power struggles and cooperation linkages among them; (iii) To investigate the influence of other Fields in the conflicts management Field; (iv) and, finally, following the previous analysis, to evaluate the process of change in the conflicts management Field, as well as its relation with the Justice Reform dynamics in the country. The concepts of Field and Habitus, derived from Bourdieu, are among the main elements that compose the theoretical perspective of this study. The social network analysis approach, on the other hand, offers methodological support for analyzing the interaction among actors inside the Field. The research findings contribute to important conclusions. Among those, it can be highlighted: (i) The introduction of ADR practices in Brazil has impacted on relevant changes in the conflicts management Field. These changes are related to the inclusion of new actors in the Field, what has shifted the power dynamics previously established. (ii) The Federal Executive Power is the main actor responsible for the dissemination of ADR practices in the country. And its presence, as well as the increase of its activities in the Field, is legitimated by the ADR speech. (iii) The ADR ideology is broadly disseminated in the conflicts management Field. However, this dissemination is still restricted to the ideological sphere: the implementation of initiatives nominated as “alternative” still reproduces characteristics that are derived from a traditional perspective of conflicts management. (iv) And, finally, the study concluded that – differently of what has occurred in the international context– the changes in the conflicts management Field in Brazil were influenced by the dynamics of other Fields, mainly the Political and Public Security ones. _______________________________________________________________________________________ RESUMÉ / Cette thèse a pour objet d'étude la restructuration du Champ de gestion des conflits interpersonnels au Brésil. La sélection de l'objet d’étude a été motivée par l'observation de la large diffusion des pratiques alternatives de gestion des conflits au Brésil en dernières années. Et la question concernant aux effets de cette propagation dans le processus de changement sur le Champ étude, à son tour, a guidé la direction de cette recherche. Ainsi, ce document vise à: (i) caractériser le Champ de gestion des conflits au Brésil, avec l'identification des pratiques alternatives existantes en elle et sa relation avec les pratiques traditionnelles, (ii) examiner l'interaction entre les acteurs présents sur le Champ étude, pour comprendre la dynamique des luttes et de coopération existants, (iii) enquêter sur les influences d'autres Champs dans la dynamique du Champ en question, (iv) et enfin, informé par le précédente analyse, comprendre le processus de changement dans le Champ de gestion des conflits interpersonnels au Brésil et sa relation avec le processus de reforme de la justice dans le pays. Les concepts de Champ et d’Habitus sont inclus parmi des éléments qui soustendent la perspective théorique de cette étude. L'approche de l'analyse des réseaux sociaux, à son tour, représente une contribution méthodologique pour examiner l'interaction entre les acteurs dans le Champ. Les résultats de la recherche aboutissent à conclusions importantes, parmi lesquelles peut être mentionnées: (i) L'entrée de pratiques alternatives au Brésil a apporté des changements significatifs dans le Champ de la gestion des conflits interpersonnels. Ces changements comprennent l'introduction de nouveaux acteurs dans le domaine, occurrence qui a modifié la dynamique du pouvoir établi précédemment, (ii) Le pouvoir Exécutif Fédéral a été le protagoniste par la diffusion des pratiques alternatives dans le pays. Et sa présence et l'expansion de ses activités dans ce Champ sont légitimées par le discours de pratiques alternatives, (iii) L'idéologie des pratiques alternatives est largement diffusées dans le domaine de la gestion des conflits, mais cet écart est confinée à la sphère du discours: la mise en oeuvre de pratiques désignées comme alternatives jouent encore les caractéristiques d'un point de vue traditionnel de la gestion des conflits. (iv) Enfin, l'étude montre que - contrairement à celle observée dans le contexte international - des changements dans le Champ de gestion des conflits au Brésil ont été influencés par dynamiques d'autres Champ, notamment du Champ politique et du Champ de la sécurité publique.
