This Máster´s thesis deals with technological project of building a Research Center of Information Technologies VUT Brno in Brno. This work includes technical reports SY and STP, site equipment, budget, calculation, time planning, inspection and test plan, mechanical assembly, estimate,technological regulations, environmental plan, contract for work and job security for this building.

This master's thesis aims to create a construction technological project for the construction of production halls of the company Beton Brož s.r.o. The content reveals solution to transport oversized steel construction elements, equipment of construction zone, technological prescription for micropiles including quality control of performed work, ensuring safety and health protection at work, schedule and budget of the main building and draft of contract for work.

This thesis deals with reconstruction of the home for the elderly Plaveč main building. These reconstruction is primarily interior renovation, the rooms of clients and staff facilities, but also the surrounding of the building. All work will be in full operation. Consideration of this factor in the organization of construction is the main subject of this thesis, which shall include traffic contexts, costing, budget, time schedule, equipment of construction site, construction machinery, technology procedure, occupational safety and resources.

This dissertation deals with how the subject matter of performance under a contract for work is defined and issues related to formulating the rights and obligations ensuing therefrom. At the same time, it seeks common legal sources existing across national laws which provide definitions thereof. It attempts to find a common definition of contracts for work and how they differ from other similar contracts. It further defines some common basic features and problems related to contracts for work which apply in international trade or in cases where parties decide to formulate their contract by reference to international contract conditions. In that context, it primarily refers to construction contracts as the most common type of contract for work in international trade. At the same time, it focuses on the possible consequences of a breach of contract and emphasizes some parties' claims ensuing therefrom. Moreover, this work examines the definition of work defects and conditions for asserting claims as a specific topic, which relates to the definition of the subject matter of a contract for work and its basic features. This master´s thesis deals with project planning and management of construction of multifunctional building. The main part of thesis are budget of object and schedules of work, which contain realization of reinforced concrete structure and other related works. Another part of thesis deals with the technical regulations about the implementation of horizontal and vertical parts of reinforced concrete structure and from finishing works about realization of inside plasters. Following this part there is design and schedule of using of appropriate building machines and small machinery for their implementation, design of site equipment, quality assurance of works performed, safety of work and minimization of environmental impact. The thesis contains also proposal of contract of work. This work does not deal with substructure of multifunctional building, because this is solved in bachelor thesis.
