The thesis is focused on the determination of fees for banking services and their proportion of the total cost of realization work. The theoretical part is zoomed in terms of supplier orders from the search for a recording contract for work that is described in detail. Furthermore, have been clarified the methods of determining bid price of construction, as construction is financed. The following is analysis of banking products that relate to construction contracts, what is their purpose, what is their price. The practical part is focused on the financial costs of several construction companies and their analysis. The last is a specific contract, which is described from the point of view gradually accruing costs.

Contract for work in international construction projects (Summary) The present master thesis analyses the contemporary practice in the field of making contracts for work in international construction projects. Its goal is to answer the following research question: is it possible to use the new Czech trust concept as a payment instrument under the most used FIDIC standard form of contract - Conditions of Contract for Construction First Edition 1999 (better known as "Red Book")? The thesis is divided into three chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the new trust concept: from construction projects through construction contracts for work to payment conditions. The opening part of Chapter One focuses on construction projects. It defines their characteristic features and describes the main types of their management, organization and contractual relationships. Next, the chapter discusses the international character of construction projects and concentrates on situations involving a conflict of laws. O direito de acesso ao trabalho constitui-se em instrumento de realização do princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana, o qual fundamenta todo o ordenamento jurídico. A Constituição Federal de 1988 elencou o princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana, os valores sociais do trabalho e a livre iniciativa entre os fundamentos da República, o que denota a sua importância. A dignidade, sob essa análise, não pode ser realizada sem que haja o reconhecimento do trabalho e do seu valor social. A livre iniciativa, por sua vez, somente é devidamente exercida, de acordo com a função social almejada, quando observada a dignidade da pessoa humana e quando de acordo com o valor social do trabalho. O trabalho é fundamental para assegurar as condições materiais do viver do próprio trabalhador, de sua família e de toda a comunidade a quem é endereçada a produção de bens e serviços resultantes do trabalho humano. Assim, os contratos laborais devem primar pela proteção e pela continuidade das relações de trabalho para que atinjam, efetivamente, a sua função social. Nesse contexto, o rompimento do contrato de trabalho por meio de despedida arbitrária ou sem justa causa é completamente incompatível com o direito constitucional fundamental ao trabalho, motivo pelo qual o poder diretivo do empregador deve ser limitado para que as despedidas unilaterais somente possam ser efetivadas mediante justificativa plausível para tanto. / Rights of second dimension, especially workers' rights, have been won over the years through relentless and repeated struggles of the working class. These rights were slowly being constitutionalised and today are enshrined as fundamental rights in the Federal Constitution of the Republic. The right of access to work constitutes an instrument for the realization of the principle of the dignity of the human person, which underlies the entire legal system. The Federal Constitution of 1988 listed the principle of the dignity of the human person, the social values of work and free initiative among the foundations of the Republic, which denotes its importance. Dignity, under this analysis, can not be realized without the recognition of work and its social value. The free initiative, in turn, is only properly exercised, according to the social function sought, when observed the dignity of the human person and when in accordance with the social value of work. Work is fundamental to ensure the material conditions of the living of the worker himself, his family and the entire community to which the production of goods and services resulting from human labor is addressed. Thus, labor contracts must be based on the protection and continuity of labor relations in order to effectively achieve their social function. In this context, disruption of the employment contract by means of arbitrary or unjustified dismissal is completely incompatible with the fundamental constitutional right to work, which is why the employer's executive power must be limited so that unilateral dismissals can only be effected through Justification plausible for both.

The diploma thesis deals with accounting issues of property development. The main aim of the thesis is to determine why financial statements based on Czech accounting rules of some property developers are significantly different. Additionally this thesis define how various aspects of property development influence accounting. Theoretical knowledge is shown from practical side by using the example of a fictional case study.

The topic of this diploma thesis si the Organization of construction contract. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first is about the theory of project management and construction organization, the second part analyzes the contracting authority and the contractor of the construction contract and solves the process of awarding and obtaining a public contract. The third part is about the documents needed for the management of the construction contract.

This diploma’s thesis deals with a cost optimization of the concrete investment plan, which is a public procurement called Hospital in Hodonín reconstruction. In the theoretical part of the thesis there is information about construction (investment) project, about its organization and legislation focused on contract for work. The practical part contains cost optimization of concrete project. In the end the final evaluation of the procurement for competitive tendering and the confrontation with other contenders’ procurements are made.

This thesis deals with the structural and technological project of multifunctional building Art Passage in Trencin. Solve division building construction and civil engineering objects, draw up the draft machine assembly time and financial plan. They will further focus on the rough construction of the main building structure, where processing technology studies during construction schedule, the project site equipment, budget and other documents that are necessary for the proper implementation of construction.

This master´s thesis deals with the constructive technological project of block of flats. This is the small flats, located in the center of Třinec. Whole project is procesed to rough construction. The main part of the work are technical report, time and financial plan, study of imlementatio of the main technological phases, project site equipment, draft machine assembly, time plan of the main building structure, technological regulation for mounted ceramic ceiling and other documents necessary for construction planning.

This master’s thesis is focused on the business risk protection in construction projects. The first part is dedicated to an interpretation of theoretical knowledge which defines and describes the risk, acquaints readers with principles of the risk management and presents commonly used forms of the business risk protection in practice. The second part deals with a practical use of the protection tools and proposes their effective adjustment in the selected public works contracts.

The subjekt of my bachelor thesis is the construction technological project of the new complex of three buildings Campus residential area II located in Brno - Bohunice. The diploma thesis includes technological regulations of piles and cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans for these processes. The author also deals with work safety, time and financial plan, budget of substructure and plan for securing material resources. The thesis also addressed work contract and detailsof the roof structure.
